Milo and Jackson are such great employees, their kind hearted attitude and friendliness really made me feel at home here. They’re honestly some of the best people I’ve ever met. I truly hope everyone can experience they’re kindness.

I had fond memories of BR cakes, but my recent order of a birthday cake for $60 was a huge disappointment! The decorating and writing appeared to be done by a 6th grader! The writing and edging was uneven. It had 3 small roses with the majority of the cake devoid of decoration. Don't spend your hard earned $$$ here!!

Advertised birthday ice cream scoop - forced me to come in ON my birthday to get it (I’ll be out of town - it’s my 40th birthday) and it always falls around Thanksgiving so I’ll never be doing that. I prefer Hansel’s or Coldstone. Also it’s cold inside - no way! Come here if you want a blast to the past to 1995 and retro design and limited, uncomfortable seating. Ice cream historically is average.

As soon as my family and I walked in we were brightly welcomed in by Jacob. He had a big smile, positive attitude, amazing energy, very polite, and gave us great suggestions! He handled all the customers after me with the same kind of care:) I was super impressed with his phenomenal customer service!! And of course the ice cream was amazing! This was my family and I’s first time at this location and Jacob made it a fantastic experience for us:)
