I want to highlight the incredible customer service I received, and especially recognize Noel. I stopped in to pick up an ice cream cake for my dad’s birthday, but when I went to leave, my truck wouldn’t start. Without hesitation, Noel came outside with a portable jump pack and got my truck running again. His kindness made a stressful moment so much easier. Thank you so much, Noel your help truly made my day.

I had fond memories of BR cakes, but my recent order of a birthday cake for $60 was a huge disappointment! The decorating and writing appeared to be done by a 6th grader! The writing and edging was uneven. It had 3 small roses with the majority of the cake devoid of decoration. Don't spend your hard earned $$$ here!!

Advertised birthday ice cream scoop - forced me to come in ON my birthday to get it (I’ll be out of town - it’s my 40th birthday) and it always falls around Thanksgiving so I’ll never be doing that. I prefer Hansel’s or Coldstone. Also it’s cold inside - no way! Come here if you want a blast to the past to 1995 and retro design and limited, uncomfortable seating. Ice cream historically is average.
