I ordered two pup cups like I have for 10 years and two scoops of ice cream for myself the long hair gentleman helping me charged me 14.75. I told him that wrong the dog cups are always free. He was extremely rude and embarrassed me in front of whole room of people saying these are kid scoops would you like me to make them smaller or take put back some ice cream? I was so humiliated I just paid. Then I called and asked to talk the man’s management. He said no and that the owner told the management that pup cups were to be charged a full price for a child’s icecream with out notice or posting anything. I have never been so rudely treated or embarrassed. I will never go there again. The photo shows how ridiculous this is 14.75! Never again

I was coming from out of state for a birthday party in Park City and was responsible for the birthday cake with an edible image. This place was the only place I could find in all of Park City and Salt Lake City that did edible images on their cakes. The cake was amazing and the image that was printed on the cake was exactly the same quality as I uploaded when ordering the cake online. There was no difference in resolution and everyone at the party absolutely loved the cake. Thank you!!

Have been going to this place for years! The ice cream is always fantastic and the service is too. Yes, sometimes you get a newbie who is learning, but anytime I've had an issue I tell the manager and he quickly fixes it for me and says he will inform that worker so they can improve their quality and service. Right now they have a fantastic manager (I've seen a lot come and go) and it's obvious he encourages his staff to be friendly and welcoming. They also know how to move big groups through quickly. This is my go-to ice cream shop. You won't be disappointed!

Our whole family has been buying the Fudgenut Cake for years, but the last two times we got one it was about half the size in height that it has been forever. They have raised the price and lowered the quantity, just like so many other business owners are doing! $31.00 is way too much to pay for half of what we used to get for around $24.00. Plus we asked for the ice cream to be Jamoca Almond fudge...two times recently it was vanilla!!!!!I contacted them and they sent a message that they would make it right but I never heard another word from them. Way to keep customers...NOT!The cake was not even 2 inches tall and it used to be just under 4 and it was uneven, it looked like a child had decorated it!
