Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I spent 20 minutes in the drive through and another 10 at the window with no interaction whatsoever. Once they finally came to the window, I asked why the long wait and why the girl on shift had looked at me summons her and just would turn around and ignore me. He apologized and agreed it was ridiculous. Then proceeded to hand me the incorrect order. My order hasn't even been made. It was a med frozen latte and med iced mocha. I didn't have an additional 10 minutes to wait. Had a bad experience in Bountiful and said I never go back to B&B but decided to give them a chance today. Highly disappointed what this has turned into as the used to be my go to, not anymore!!

It’s insane how rude the people are at this location - all other Beans locations are so much better and actually friendly. I consistently choose Beans over a lot of other local coffee shops, but I will now be going elsewhere after feeling super uncomfortable today. :(

Worst beans and brews I’ve been too. I was stuck with 7 other cars this morning. Took about 15 min everyone was stuck in line. Should’ve at least let people know it was going to take that long so people woundnt be late for work.

Even when they’re busy they make your drinks according to how you want !! Baristas are always friendly

Utter waste of time and money. $22 for a medium latte and a breakfast sandwich!!!Lackadaisical staff, i had to repeat the order several times, even after confirmed in the drive thru speaker. Mediocre food, a squashed croissant with egg, cheese and sausage. Took about 10 minutes. Overall, a shockingly horrible experience for a morning coffer and sandwich. $22!!! No wonder I couldn’t easily find the prices on the drive thru menu

1 star because I can't give it 0 stars, 2 years I gave these guys a chance but I’m leaving this review today because this is the last $10 I spend on a coffee that’s wrong from you guys. If I got my money back every time it was made wrong I’d be rich ? 0/5

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Excellent service, Jacob very kindly helped me select my product since my English is not that good. Avocado Toasts, an excellent recommendation

I’m not normally a coffee drinker but when I do get coffee I always go to beans and brews because I love the Cookie Monster and my girls love the monkey milk. More than once at this location have they messed up my online order and I usually don’t complain but it’s happened multiple times where they don’t read the order correctly. I order online because it’s easy and convenient so I expect my order to be correct, I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to fix the problem and I shouldn’t have to. I’ve wasted money and points and it’s upsetting!

Sandwich and drink were amazing. Staff were super friendly and fast! Inside was quiet and cozy, exactly what I needed today, perfect for getting caught up on some paperwork in the morning!

Their drinks are nice. Customer service was great. As for their food items, not so great. I've tried their muffins (chocolate and apple) their just too sweet, their burrito (veggie) needs some serious help, totally flavorless, and the sandwiches, well those need some umph in flavor and texture. Suggest they revisit their food items.
