DO NOT COME HERE. The general manager refused a refund for my boyfriend who was given the wrong drink and size he initially ordered. I’m working a 14 hour day and wanted coffee now I know I should have chose Starbucks. When the general manager is yelling at you on the phone you know not to go back. They don’t know how to take orders they thought 32 at first. Like do you even have that size lol. Super disappointed and they took 20 minutes to make the right drink out of spite horrible service especially from the general manager.

Friendly and professional staff, tastey food and delicious drinks.

For some reason, I promised myself to stick with Starbucks. When I got my new job, they hooked me up with a coffee. Never going back to starbys. Their matcha and every other drink knocks then right out of the park. And Lune is always the best!!

Lune was very rude when I already planned on coming in and using my $5 gift card and asked to use the restroom first. Lune stated patrons only and I let he/she know I was going to buy something and he/she told me to buy first. Lune also made a comment under his/her breathe that he/she had no control over it. Then I didn’t feel comfortable having them make my beverage while I was in the restroom due to the lack of customer service and didn’t want them to do something to my coffee. Waited and watched my drink be made then used the restroom. Lune and his/her co worker laughed as I walked to the restroom and when I came back and put the key down they laughed as well. Not ok. This is how you treat your customers? Won’t be returning here again. Lune, work on your customer service and treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Store consistently closed when Google and store hours say they should be open. Not somewhere to rely on for a morning coffee as there’s no guarantee that someone will actually be at the store

The man working there today at about 3 o’clock is always rude. I will never go back.
The chai tea is watered down and gross.

I just feel like every time I get a drink here it tastes off. Like this last time my mocha tasted like a cigarette was put out in it. Just off and odd flavors. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I love coming here. All the employees are so sweet and good people. They make consistently good coffee and often have decent promotions on their rewards app. They do have a bit of a chain coffee shop feel because they have so many locations now, but I like that I can come here for some quiet, some internet access, and a place to chill. As long as you buy something, they'll let you be and don't really mind if you hang out there for a while.
