Beans & Brews Coffee House

I ordered a frozen mocha. First, the service was terrible when I went to pick up my coffee; second, the coffee tasted horrible—it was undrinkable. I tried explaining the issue to support, but their solution was for me to leave a bad review to help improve future orders—meaning they offered no solution for a refund on this useless purchase.

I went to this store this morning, and there were two young women working there who were incredibly rude. They made no effort to assist me; they just looked at me and completely ignored the fact that I was there to make a purchase. I really don't think people like that should be working in customer service. I visited today—Juny 4th—at 10:32 AM, and honestly, I would never go back to this store.
I would give it 0 stars if I could; people with that kind of attitude shouldn't be working with customers.

At 7:30 am the bathroom is dirty and no paper towels (not stocked) & trash cans are full. The staff is quiet when standing there to order. The medium drink is over priced at $9.

Honest I enjoy going here but will probably go eles where the cashier running the drive through asked me my order 3 times I get confirmation but come on . Then they had us wait 20 minutes in the drive through cause they could get the order done . Then the cashier asking what my order was again when I pulled to the windows. Then having to wait for my drinks even though they had 20 minutes to make them honestly a waste of time

Today, Friday the 6th, I went with my husband between 11 and 12 to buy one of the drinks of the month, the Hot Red, and my husband ordered a latte. This is the second time the drinks have tasted like water; they have no flavor. I love Bean Brew, but I'm going to have to go to a different location.

I came in for a frozen latte and was told they do not make frozen drinks passed 8 pm? Idk if that’s a company policy or not but that’s ridiculous. The girl threw an attitude that I came in at 8:04

Im guessing they rather talk amongst each other then do their job at 1pm. Watched them talk the whole time tell I asked for my coffee after I watched three other people recieve their coffee.. then proceeded to just stare at me as if im the problem. Will not be returning to this location. Tip was not worth the hassle.

Closed early

I go through a lot of coffee drive throughs because I’m disabled. The staff here are the nicest out of all the coffee shops in SLC. Mara and Huki (hope I got that right) were extra kind to me tonight. Kindness goes a long way. ❤️ I only put 4 ⭐️ because the prices are a bit too high.

Skated over here on my lunch break, for a HOT coffee. I skate back to work, just to find out my coffee is barely warm! I barely go to Beans & Brews because they’re so OVERPRICED! Big thumbs down 👎
