Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Ordered a 32 oz pomegranate green tea with peach on the app, was given a large ice water with the flavoring in it and a single tea bag of matcha green tea. Have consistently had issues with ordering any ice tea.

Ordered in advance 24 burritos and coffee for a 6:30am pick up on a strict schedule for work. They did not even start the order until I arrived even though they were paid in advance AND we spoke to them on the phone that they needed to be ready on time. This is not acceptable.

It's been a few months since I started getting coffee from that place! (To be specific the "cielo" frozen! Wich by the way it's delicious!!! But the most important thing that I want to MENTION!!! that every time I visit! The place

Been there three times and every time they either forget to give me something or make it wrong. This last time an ordered two frozen Mr. Bs and a cold pink drink. The pink drink for my kid was warm and they only hand me frozen. I hadn’t been there in months but passed by and ya definitely the last time I go there.

Tried a small cold coffee with cinnamon cream and it was the best coffee I've ever had. I recommend size extra large.

This place is better than Starbucks no matter what. I like the home feeling it gives here. I’ll always get the Carmel Ceilo Pricing isn’t bad coffee is pricy anyways.

The staff here is just plain rude! I'm done picking up orders from here. Do yourself a favor, go to the B&B on 900 S 500 E. The people there will acknowledge your presence.

Beans and Brews please update your tipping system! $0.00 is an indirect way of forcing a customer to tip! Majority if not all local coffee shops have an option to skip the tipping screen when needed. Requested for a refund as I go to many of the local shops for coffee and never seen this type of business practice from a coffee shop.

This is based on my experience on 06/28/2024. Both the cashier and barista gave us our order and then disappeared to the back of the store.

The restrooms are locked and I waited for 10 minutes for them to come back and had to leave because they never showed up again.

I guess they were enjoying their own “coffee break” outside.

The drinks tasted good, at least, but the service bad.

Guy made me repeat my order 3 times. If you don’t know light and sweet is for coffee when your a coffee business you got no business working there. Younger kid looks stoned got to go!

I come here often in the mornings and I’ve had multiple issues. My coffee tastes different everytime. Sometimes with no flavor. There’s been a few times i go back for them to remake it and they always seem annoyed. Customer service has always been bad.

Just came up to this coffee shop for a quick drink. The cashier girl who attended us had a really bad attitude the moment we got there. When I was asked what I wanted I told her a cappuccino. Which she made me repeat myself four times before she placed my order. When I asked to see the sizes of the cups, she gave me a sassy attitude which I found very disrespectful. The coffee was very bitter and the cinnamon roll was stale. The whole experience was very unpleasant

Look, if you don’t want to work in hospitality, then don’t. The window girl isn’t friendly. Food is priced far too expensive for what you get. I ordered the turkey, avocado, and Swiss. The avocado wasn’t fresh and had a pungent taste and smell to it. Obviously it was cooked in the panini maker; being squished. We took a bite and realized the ingredients weren’t fresh. Had to throw is out.I see why this location has low reviews.Beans and Brew locations are definitely not equal around the city. We’ve been to far better locations, and are very disappointed in this one.

As always The Baristas are awesome. They listen make sure the order is correct and always help out to substitute if something isnt available. I just stopped at 1868 S 300 W Suite A in Salt Lake and Madi took my order. She was very calm when she answered the drive through. She let me place my order before repeating it back to me and did not cut me off or sound impatient like most places!!! Good job Madi for the great work Keep it up! The gentleman Asher that was working with her that took my payment was also very nice. He made sure the order was correct by repeating it back to me and then politely told me my Total. I come to Beans and Brews for this reason. They are always great.
