Just came up to this coffee shop for a quick drink. The cashier girl who attended us had a really bad attitude the moment we got there. When I was asked what I wanted I told her a cappuccino. Which she made me repeat myself four times before she placed my order. When I asked to see the sizes of the cups, she gave me a sassy attitude which I found very disrespectful. The coffee was very bitter and the cinnamon roll was stale. The whole experience was very unpleasant

Look, if you don’t want to work in hospitality, then don’t. The window girl isn’t friendly. Food is priced far too expensive for what you get. I ordered the turkey, avocado, and Swiss. The avocado wasn’t fresh and had a pungent taste and smell to it. Obviously it was cooked in the panini maker; being squished. We took a bite and realized the ingredients weren’t fresh. Had to throw is out.I see why this location has low reviews.Beans and Brew locations are definitely not equal around the city. We’ve been to far better locations, and are very disappointed in this one.

As always The Baristas are awesome. They listen make sure the order is correct and always help out to substitute if something isnt available. I just stopped at 1868 S 300 W Suite A in Salt Lake and Madi took my order. She was very calm when she answered the drive through. She let me place my order before repeating it back to me and did not cut me off or sound impatient like most places!!! Good job Madi for the great work Keep it up! The gentleman Asher that was working with her that took my payment was also very nice. He made sure the order was correct by repeating it back to me and then politely told me my Total. I come to Beans and Brews for this reason. They are always great.

This location is closest to me but I try not to go to it cause the quality varies widely depending on the day. They also just turn the grill off at any time they feel like (even though it's supposed to be an hour before which makes sense) but sometimes it's two hours before. Then they get annoyed when you ask about it. Most the other locations in salt lake are great so idk if it's management here or what.

I don’t recommend this B&B. The baristas don’t follow any sort of standards because the drinks are consistently bad. Their chai always tastes watered down and they don’t aerate and steam the lattes properly. The cafe is typically dirty too. Although I live in the area, I’ll go out of my way to visit the 9th S & 5th E location.

I got a simple chai here. Location was very clean and the staff was very friendly!They were willing to make my chai in a to go cup which I’m always happy for. They used Oregon Chai blend.

The coffee was reasonably priced, I'll say that; otherwise it was entirely unremarkable. The barista was friendly enough once I struck up a conversation, but there was nothing that made me feel like I'd want to switch my allegiance to their store or even to their brand. The restroom... ugh, don't get me started. I mean, a coffee shop at the very least needs to have a clean restroom, even if you do need to ask for a key that's on an enormous fob that countless other customers have touched -- with their filthy restroom hands. Nope, not going back to this coffee shop.

I am genuinely so frustrated with this location. This is the THIRD TIME I Receive the wrong order. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash asked for a turkey, Swiss croissant and instead received a ham Swiss croissant. Today I decided to drive there in hopes that my order would be correct two different people verified that my order should be a turkey, Swiss croissant. Guess what? IT WAS STILL HAM!! I don’t understand if the workers just don’t want to read the order or what the actual problem is, but I am tired of getting charged $7 for my sandwich plus giving a tip and getting it wrong each time. I’d love to have a manager reach out to me and make this right.

There is this worker named mara that was so rude and didn't make my drink or food right the first time and got angry when I told her it was wrong. She also was flirting with my boyfriend in front of me as i repeatedly told her it made me uncomfortable.
