We stopped here and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered the Mr. B's and it was DELICIOUS. My friend ordered the chi latte and she loved it. I will definitely stop by the next time I come to Salt Lake City for a visit.

I stop by at the shop this morning waiting for that guy with long hair, (who always is in bad mood )to open the door, he never opened!!

The girl at the drive thru was rude. I had to go back and went inside because my drink was made wrong, the same girl helped me inside and was extremely rude and would not fix my order. I left without them even offering to fix my drink. This place is awful. I will NEVER go there again! Awful customer service!

I went in this morning and they gave me their little phone to pay and then said “its gonna ask if you want to tip us” and there was NO option for no tip other than “other” i pressed that and before i could press 0 he snatched the phone back and said “zero, really?” Like what entitles YOU to a tip i also work in a similar environment and i don’t “expect” tips smh.

Quick and efficient. I placed an order on the app when I was about 3-4 mins away and it was ready by the time I got there. I prefer ordering through the app since I often have modifications and it is easier to do it that way than to rely on the worker to enter it right.

made an online order that was messed up when we picked it up, the worker was disrespectful never apologized for messing up the order that was clearly incorrect, instead tried arguing that she was right. Then after “fixing” the order she tried giving me a drink that was half empty, after the 3RD ATTEMPT of “fixing” the drink it was still disgusting and tasted like water. The service is HORRIBLE having to request a drink to be fixed 3 times with not ONE apology and still completely messing up the order of ridiculous and i will NEVER be coming here again, as well as letting my friends know how bad the service was here. Get it together.

Not really for coffee lovers. Very burned coffee. Maybe if you want a sugar coffee in the am to feel good about yourself - then it’s fine. Otherwise BAD coffee. Online portal for ordering was also horrible and would not work for me.
One and done - not coming back again.

Both the iced mocha and croissant sandwich were tasteless and seems like sandwich came out of a package. The iced mocha was milk with some gritty powder and no coffee taste. Maybe we forgot the espresso?
