The cashiers have a horrible attitude and don't greet you when you arrive and today is my birthday wolo wanted to have a nice experience.

I have been to this location twice in the past few days, both days I ordered the matcha frappe and they have been very watered down also without whipped cream on the top, I'm disappointed and probably won't be back in the future.

I come to this location almost everyday. I get the same coffee everyday. Today as im ordering my coffee the lady is like we can't make that. Really because you do almost everyday. Yeah he doesn't come with any flavoring. I'm literally asking you to add flavoring. We can't do that. My receipt from the PREVIOUS day shows you can. The lady was extremely rude over the whole ordeal. I ended up driving to California Avenue asked for my drink and she made it absolutely perfectly!!!

The brewhouse allowed people using cigarettes to be halfway in and halfway out.
When approached the counter the barista locked away. Without taking my order.
Finally was able to order and my latte tasted watered down or milked down.

Love the place, great drinks (the best out of any coffee/tea place in my opinion), food and service. But I have 4 stars cause someone there keeps adding espresso to a chai latte automatically without checking if the order is a dirty chai or not... Hopefully they figure out the issue so it doesn't happen again. For me I can't have espresso and having it in my chai latte when I didn't order it dirty is yes inconvenient but also an allergy risk. Hopefully leaving this review will help people double check the drink orders from now on. I'll be back to get another latte without espresso soon though 🙃

This is my second time coming here in a week and each time I had to repeat my order multiple times, since they repeated the incorrect drink order back to me. The recent visit, the manager (Ivy), said I was rude because I had to repeat it over the driver, because I thought maybe the drivers accent was the cause of the issue. We pull up and Ivy proceeds to say we are rude, even though after I had to repeat the order, whomever repeated it back the second time was condensing and mimicking how I did the order. So instead of having your team correctly take orders your manager chastise us and said we can get coffee elsewhere. Sure thing Ivy - I will gladly take my service to one of the many other coffee places in the area where they can accurately take my order. Also, I have been a customer for 5 years prior to the last week poor service, I have never had an issue.

Great prices for the quality of the drinks. My preference when it comes to coffee and lunch snacks. They even have a "straight to the point" menu 1$ donut holes and espresso shots. Service always has me smiling and happy to come back. Tip was well deserved.

We stopped so my kids could go to the bathroom. We understood that you must purchase something. My husband said he would purchase a drink but my kids really needed to pee. We were given extreeme attitude. Very unpleasant experience all over a young child needing to go to the restroom. Will never return here.

Meh.... so so coffee and pastries. Too many sugar drinks, more of a Starbucks mated with a Dutch bros. Vibe, Not a local coffee shop atmosphere. If you're a soccer mom looking for a pink unicorn double frappe with gluten free soy milk extra sweet with whipped cream latte mocha-ino then this is your place. If you want to try a local roasted cappuccino I'd drive elsewhere IMO

Decided to go inside because the drive through was busy. I walk in and not one of 3 people I see working acknowledge me. I remember now why I switched to Dutch Bros, better drinks and better customer service. I will not be back to this location.

I usually love this location, but the last few times I've gone I've had an issue with the turkey Swiss and pesto. It's delicious, but the portions are actually garbage now. I asked for extra turkey on both of them, but when I checked the sandwiches, there was literally only 2 slices on each sandwich. When I told them that there was supposed to be extra turkey, the guy at the window took it back to tell them and he brought the sandwiches back to me and told me they said that was extra. 2 slices of turkey. He was very nice and he was new there, so I don't blame him, but I'm not sure when 2 slices of turkey becme extra.. I used to get a decent sized sandwich in the past, and now it's just bread with a hint of filler. Very disappointing.

After ordering my food I sat down to wait for it and they just sat it down my drink on the counter and never notified me that it was ready I asked them why they just let me sit there they said that they called my name the person calling out orders apparently is as loud as a mouse

so slow, it should not take 15 minutes to make 1 coffee. Also the worker asked for my drink worker 3 different times and proceeded to get it wrong. Do not come here if you are in a rush, not to mention the employee was very clearly under the influence, or simply didn’t care about his job. would not recommend.
