I always come in and get a revolver was there Sunday and then I came back Tuesday. The revolver on Tuesday tasted like just Carmel milk and I called to see what they would do about it and the girl hung up on me!

I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. The drinks are good and we'll priced. However... On other days the place is just packed with people and little staff to help. 30 minutes is too long for any coffee shop. Perhaps just the burden of a quality coffee shop.

My experience was amazing everyone was so helpful, especially a worker named star. She absolutely slayed. It was my first time there and she was so helpful recommending what would be good for a first time customer and was being so sweet and nice. Just because of her I will be going back to beans and brews again!!!! She ABSOLUTELY DEVOURED AND LEFT NO CRUMBS. SHE SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!

I love stopping here on my way to work. The staff is always friendly and has amazing service. My coffee is always just the way I like it, and I love that they are open late, too. (I work late evenings) There is NO drive through, but the staff is always quick and does a great job getting customers taken care of.
