Not a real frappe but they charge like one. Can’t believe I tipped someone to make a drink by pulling a lever.

I stopped by Bean and Brew on California Ave after checking online to confirm their hours. It said they were open until 8pm, and I arrived at 7:37 well before closing time. Despite that, both the drive-through and the inside were already closed. I understand that sometimes locations close early if it’s slow, and I also get that there are end-of-day tasks that need to be done. But if they consistently shut down 20+ minutes before the posted time, the hours should be updated to reflect that. I wasn’t turned away — the place was just already closed. But that’s exactly the issue. If closing routines require the doors and drive-through to be shut well before 8pm, then either those tasks should start closer to closing or the official hours should change to be more accurate.

The people seem to not understand or the lady. Didn't seem to understand what I ordered and I have to reorder it about three times until I got to the window and then simply have to keep telling them to put Splenda cuz I can't have regular sugar as I am diabetic. I also ask for creamer said there was no problem creamer only half and half which it is creamer.

Really sad they discontinued the desert twilight. Service is inconsistent. It's mostly good, but I ended up with drinks that were under syruped and tastes like club soda. At $7 a drink, why do I need to pay tips for someone handing me something at a drive-through?

Drivers plan a different coffe shop. The time they have posted on google maps doesn’t matter they close whenever they feel like it. 3rd time stopping here with no coffee, atleast be courteous enough to update your hours of service on map.

As a truck driver having this location inside of the truckstop is great! And probably The best service I’ve experienced at a coffee shop, Gabby has a special ability to remember customer orders down to a T! I even stopped going for about a year and showed back up and she remembered my favorite coffee I used to order! I don’t know how she remembered me but she is great! 10/10

I decided to try the coffee here for the first time, encouraged by offers for a free drink if I downloaded the app or subscribed to SMS alerts. Unfortunately, none of it worked. There was no option to enter the code in the app or on the website, and the barista couldn’t help either. It’s frustrating to see promotions that don’t deliver as promised.
