I ordered 5 items, and I tipped too because I understand that's quite a bit in a order. They were very kind, and I get that working in costumer service is stressful. I am quite frustrated though because out of my 5 items only 2 of them were what I actually ordered. They made one of my drinks wrong, and gave me 2 sandwiches which I didn't order.

I'd like to bring up a concern I've experienced during my recent visits. When I order a dairy alternative chai, I've noticed that it often contains chai from the bubbler, which includes powdered skim milk. This has been a bit disappointing, as I rely on dairy alternatives. I would greatly appreciate it if the staff could be reminded to avoid using products with dairy in them for these orders. I prefer the Oregon chai that’s stocked behind the counter, as it works the best for people with dairy sensitivity. Thank you for your attention to this matter; it truly makes a difference for customers like myself!

The driver threw people were very rude over a size issue I requested for a 24 ounce and once they gave it to me they said I ordered a 16 and payed they can’t do anything but I repeated my self multiple times for a 24 the drive threw person even thought I wanted a 32 at first even doubled checked when I got to the window and they gave me a 16 definitely don’t come to this location

Placed an $17+ online order through the app for pick up, totally forgot and tried to cancel 15 minutes after and the app told me to call the store. I called after work to see if they could remake it for me because I’m human and forget things sometimes. Lauren (general manager) cited policy as the reason to not help me out here. I’ve been going to BB for YEARS, and the one time I make a mistake, there is ZERO grace. Done with BB and will stick to bjorn’s or even Starbucks

By far the best beans and Brews! Everyone who works here is super sweet and cares about each of their customers. I had the pleasure of working here this past year, and I am so grateful for each of my fellow beans crew! The managers, Lauryn and Chance, do a spectacular job of keeping the store stocked and clean, as well as hiring amazing people. I highly highly recommend stopping by and chatting with any of the employees and learning their fav drinks (they all have amazing recommendations!). As a former barista, my fav is an iced mocha with toasted marshmallow, soft top and chocolate drizzle. Much love to everyone who works here, I'll miss you guys!

Best study spot

Love the location of this shop geographically. Experience wise same as most B&Bs. The AC doesnt work, it’s very hot inside.

We ordered three drinks and all three were not made correctly. It was like they tried however, they were not trained on the right ways to make different styles of drinks. Iced drinks, blended , and frap we ordered one of each kind with a different flavor in each one. The flavors were right however each drink came as a cold drink with a single ice cube in each one and the more frozen the drink should have been meant the more watered down the drink was. I felt like other customers standing around may have gotten drinks the same way because the atmosphere had a poor vibe to it in the air such as a feeling of dissatisfaction.

I was in dire straights and these two went above and beyond to help out a complete stranger! Their patience and help with me retrieving a lost item is definitely worth a 5 star rating!
Not only were the drinks I ordered fabulous, but the overall customer experience I had there was simply amazing!!
