The cashiers hair was extremely greasy but he was nice. Came in for a coffee. It smelled of B.O upon arrival, the doors were DISGUSTING. Cigarette buds all over the front patio, and entrance rug filled of dirt. Do better.

Constantly messing up orders. It’s non stop to the point that it seems on purpose. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. I took a long break from ordering and finally felt safe to order. Immediate regret. There was one time I ordered the same drink three times in a row and they made the same mistake every single time. They forgot espresso in my espresso drink. Like how hard is making coffee when you work at a coffee shop? I love the other locations but this location has a problem.

I ordered online and picked up an iced latte with prickly pear syrup and I think the employee had to hold back laughter when they asked if I was picking up the pear latte. I don't blame them lol but don't knock it till you try it, it's not bad!!

I ordered a caramel frappuccino or whatever they're equivalent is to that. I was in a hurry when I ordered and surprisingly they were able to make the two drinks I ordered very quickly even though they had a small rush come in. I didn't miss my bus so I was very happy about that. The drink was not my favorite, I've had better at other places but it was still good especially their homemade whip cream that they topped it with. It may have not been my favorite that I've tried, however my boyfriend thought it was by far the best one he's ever had.

I am worried about how the coffee is processed. I have been having issues with the coffee here due to the flavor. Today I realized it has a formaldehyde taste. So I looked up online and it stated that coffee os no longer processed with formaldehyde in the US. Where do you get your beans and often times I have wondered if I can taste cleaner from the bubble machines. General review not specifically from this coffee address.

Beans and Brew is pretty good, except this location. It use to be great, but as of late, it's not. The service is abrupt and unfriendly. There are homeless people sleeping inside with mounds of filthy, putrid...stuff? No one says anything about it and sometimes you may find someone sleeping on the floor too. The unsheltered surround this location, as if the parking there isn't bad enough. So different than it use to be. Go to another CLEAN, friendly location.
