I honestly expect shrinkflation from Starbucks, but this is the second time you've done this. Is this the new policy? Why but a medium if all I'm getting is a small? :(

OMG I CANNOT DESCRIBE IN WORDS HOW GOOD THE MIGHTY MATCHA 🍵 IS!!! I was waiting at the airport gate for my colleague to arrive when I decided to drop by the airport beans and brews. I got the small mighty matcha and it was so delicious, I drank it in within a couple of long sips and immediately regretted not getting a large. I then got one everyday I was staying in Salt Lake City. Starbucks has nothing on their drinks. Please bring this chain to Toronto 🇨🇦!!!

Always looking for my morning energy drink when away from home. This place rocks. The right mix of flavors (each of the 3 times I visited) and some great, fast customer service. Good little breakfast options as well.

This Beans & Brews in downtown SLC, rocks.

I love the folks who work here and it's a super handy place to start my day in the morning with some fresh, hot coffee, laptop and a smile.

A lot of people just breeze through, having ordered online and are in-and-out in under a minute, so although sometimes it looks slow in here, there's actually a lot of traffic.

The gals and guys who work here are efficient at getting stuff out the door for people in a hurry.

There's a nice sitting bar by the window with a view of the street with some high chairs if you want to sit, as well as five separated booths--all with convenient table-height dual power outlets + dual USB-A power ports--making it very easy to plug in laptop/s, chargers or just USB cables.

There's an actively maintained community bulletin board which I've found interesting to look at for local music events, a few scattered service cards (music, language lessons) and other local community events.

The restroom here is clean and available to patrons.

Just up the street is a bus stop for the 200, 451, 455 (to the U research park 🤓), 470, 472 and 473 bus routes.

Also, if you're staying at the Salt Lake City Marriott, this place is just down the street (half a block) and a nice spot to grab your preferred morning beverage (they pretty much make everything) and a tasty breakfast sandwich/bagel/croissant!

I really like this location. The staff is super friendly and quick. The strawberry smoothie and ice coffee were both amazing on a warm day. Located right in the heart of SLC.

I used the drive thru and my order was taken to perfection then I realized that I forgot to order an item. So when I get to the window the representative asks for my card. I proceed to thank him and at that moment I also apologize for not placing all my order correctly as I needed an additional drink.
He got upset and told me to go around again to place the order! I have never heard of that before. I questioned him regarding what he had just asked me to do with a confused look on my face. Haha
But either someone next to him heard me question him and told to take my order and that it was fine or he realized the stupidity he was saying aloud and took my 4th order and asked me go park my car wait for for him to bring my drink out. He did finally bring my drink about 5 minutes later which I thought it was nice.

It is not clean and they forget orders. The girl got hair in my order that they forgot to make and I had to remind them. Wouldn’t apologize.

Don’t go here unless you have time to kill. Ordered in person and then online the next day, waited ~15min at the counter each time. They’re slow and just chatty with each other instead of doing their job.
