great value -- bigger cups than Starbucks, and best of all, you can get a decaf latte! i like the small shop in the Sugarhouse location better than the larger shops, but all make a good latte.
Underwhelming.
Surprisingly, for this kind of coffee shop, no gluten-free menu items for the one member of our party with gluten sensitivity.

I like your coffee, but when I walked in, the place smelled offensive due to the 3 homeless people hanging out and asking me for cash while I waited for my coffee. I'm all for helping the homeless and people in need, but unfortunately this is a major deterrent from coming here again. Especially when it smells like that right when you walk in.

Cute little place with great coffee, food and staff! Try the Mr B's blended. They put soft serve ice cream in it!

I went to a Starbucks recently and paid about $4 including tax for a venti (large) iced coffee.
I went to this Beans and Brews yesterday, and they charged about $8 including tax for a large iced coffee.
I'm certainly never coming back. You guys need to stop price gouging. The pandemic is over.
Came here for time, drive thru. Was expecting better tasting coffee than Starbucks. Ordered a caramel cielo coffee (equivalent to a caramel macchiato)-hot. It tasted good but not great. Was missing caramel flavor. For a place that focuses solely on coffee and bakery items, to me their coffee should be the best. There’s room for improvement. I give coffee 3 stars. Orders ham and Swiss croissant. It was warmed up so it was kinda soggy which means they put everything in microwave because it was not crispy on outside like a croissant should be. So I give it 3 stars as well. They didn’t ask if I wanted added condiments such as mayo etc. again there’s space for improvement if that the only items they’re going to sell. Would visit again but would have to be verbal about how I want things done or not done.

Perfect location, next to Liberty Park, so you can grab your coffee and have a nice walk. The service is very sweet; they have the best customer service so far. Their menu is full of options, and they always manage to fulfill your desires! My order today was a grilled cheese with pesto, a blended mocha, and a Gold Rush (with an energy drink).
P.s. don’t forget to use their app! You earn $5 with every 75 points you collect! It’s a reward credit can be used to by your favorite drink, a bite to eat, whatever you wish.

The worst service for delivery people, they made me wait a long time and then they told me that someone else had taken my order and that they would not make it again. You have to be aware of the orders you deliver, do your job well.

A good medium roast coffee with the driest cinnamon roll ever. I love the downtown location.

I got a coffee with an extra shot today instead of my usual carmel Cielo. Even with the extra shot it has absolutely no flavor like warm water with a slight brown color that you can practically see through. That is with an extra shot. I even tipped a dollar, so I get a cup of hot brown water with no coffee flavor at all for almost 6 bucks. The guy that helped me was nice, but come on let's learn how to make coffee if we are going to be working in a coffee house.
