Incredibly bad. The coffee was so cold I could have drank the whole thing in one gulp (drip coffee). The blueberry muffin I got was the last one and was out of the refrigerator. It was mushy and loaded with sugar. The person serving me didn't tell me that the muffin would be ice cold. The only other option was a banana muffin. Between the cold coffee and terrible muffin, not a place I'm gonna return to. Ambiance is nice.

I’m visiting and decided to order a coffee off DoorDash along with avocado toast. The toast had way too much seasoning on it , I had to scrape most of it off it was way too salty and this coffee is on the list of my worst coffees in America. Who ever made this needs some additional training as it doesn’t taste good at all and it’s completely watered down, too sweet and I didn’t order almond milk? I’m so disappointed. If I had a car here I would drive up there and take this back

Thought I’d take my partner out to coffee and when I walked in the ladies behind the counter were very warm and welcoming they were super fast and efficient with my food and coffee I definitely think this is the best run beans and brews in slc!!!!

It seems every time I order beans and brews on GrubHub now, my coffee isn't made the way I ordered and then they claim it's GrubHub fault but yet the beans and brews company makes the coffee and needs to read the orders correctly and thoroughly and not blame the third party for their mistakes. I get we need to go through them for refund but at least take responsibility for your mistakes

More than reasonably priced. Super friendly cashiers. Thank you for bringing so patient with me as this was my first visit. My daughter loved your hot chocolate. I can't wait to try more items, maybe not the one with the 6 shots of espresso but at least I know where to go if I need a jolt of some serious caffeine!!!
