Love this spot! Just needed a spot while we waited for reservations. We ordered the Coco Loco and the Spicy Mezcal Paloma. Both were great but the coco loco was mmmmmmm! Definitely a great spot. Service was dope, shout out to Colby! Also the DJ (it was Friday) was on point! See y’all soon!Parking: The gateway has plenty of parking opportunities

First off, let me expound on how awesome an idea this is: a hip, higher end food court with a brewery as well! And Kudos on the name!I’ve read some of the reviews and understand the frustration. So let me address the issues I read.Beer selection: I’ve been to hundreds of breweries and taphouses all across the country. It’s a hobby of mine. I feel like the selection here was good. They may not have had every single beer style, but they had a good offering of what’s popular.Waitstaff: Our waitress came by once. We were lucky to flag down another server within the hour and ended up going somewhere else to drink beer. She was nice, but either she wasn’t attentive o her tables or the place was understaffed and she had too many tables. Also, one of the beers we ordered was brought to us (a can) and was the wrong item. Rather than wait to exchange it, we just drank it.We had the Hot Chicken and couldn’t have been more delighted! Hopefully Beer Zombies works out the kinks because the entire place is awesome.Btw, Beer zombies beer is top notch!

Had a great experience at this new food hall in SLC at the Gateway. Will definitely go to the one in Vegas to consume their high point beers on tap! First Food Hall Ive been too, it's a little different, but again this UT... Beer Zombies beer is excellent!

3rd time going here and there’s an obvious lack in Professionalism. Don’t go here to watch a sports game. You’d be better off going to another bar.

Disappointing and confusing. The signs say all you need to do is go to one of the food outlets and order your food then a server will come to take your order for a drink. A server never showed up so we went directly to the bar. The bar told us that they cannot sell a drink to us and that we need to have a server approach us. We asked where we can find a server and they couldn't tell us. Afterwards, we noticed a person approach someone at another table. The server was personal friends with the people at this table. So basically, unless you are friends with the server, you cannot order drinks. So it is a waste of time to even buy food since the bar cannot serve you unless you are sitting at the bar. It defeats the purpose. The bar cannot even summon the server to come to your table. You must somehow find out who this server is and contact them unless you personally know the server.

Great variety of brews, nice ambiance, and good food. Pet friendly :)

Going on twenty years in the industry and I love to people watch. Between the female server at the Well digging in her ears and the female Manager standing on the bar to close the outside area, the health-code violations were appalling mid-service. Weekday-night so volume wasn't an aspect of forgiveness. Staff isn't knowledgeable of their own menu and the cocktails were subpar.

Very upsetting experience. After frequenting the Beer Zombies locations in Vegas for years I was so excited to find this location in Salt Lake City, but wow. What a disappointment... Brought my two coworkers there after talking up how delicious and unique the Beer Zombies beer like the Zombie Hwip is. Didnt get served for 30 mins so my coworker walked up to ask if we could order a drink and was immediately snapped at with "we're very busy, we'll get to you when we can." ok, it's a Friday, a lil work stress is understandable. So we ordered food, received and ate that food. all while noticing the party of 10+ frat boys next to us had received 4 rounds of drinks in the time we were there. So I apologized for bringing them there after we still hadn't received service for an hour and ten minutes and we moved over to Bout Time. if I wanted to be ignored by a bunch of Billie Eilish look alikes while still not getting a drink I'd find literally any Hot Topic store and hang out there.

Fun concept and very eclectic grouping of food options. It's a great place for groups because everyone can find something they like to eat. When we went it wasn't very busy but seating could be limited during peak times. We tried food from four of the places and everything was good.

Terrible beer selection, food options are awful too. No one wants to come to Utah for lobster! Beer menu not updated in weeks, served the wrong beer, doesn’t accept cash…Also, the “always hiring!” sign out front just screams “we can’t retain employees cause management sucks”. Go to Slackwater for something similar and awesome!

Hallpass has great food but this bar is consistently trash. We’ve come multiple times and have been told we’d get a waiter and it’s never happens. They won’t serve you from the bar if you aren’t sitting there but they’ll also never come over to serve you.Editing for the response. We were there about 30min ago, but left after finishing our food since we weren’t able to get drinks ordered.

This was a horrible experience. After going to a movie we went to HallL Pass with our family because it is a food court setting and everyone could get what they wanted, Five of our group left to go elsewhere after mten minutes because they couldn’t find anything they wanted to eat. Five others were told at the brunch place that someone would come to the table to take their order. No one ever came and when asked what was going on the guy said they were closed! That family took off angrily. My husband and I had ,ordered from Graffiti Bar already so we just waited. It took about thirty minutes for the buzzer to ring that our food was ready. No one was in line and they had three people working and still it took that long. We both orderef teriyaki chicken rice bowls. The chicken was undrr-cooked, mine still pink in the middle, the rice was grainy and dry. Scimpy on the teriyaki sauce, poor choice of vegetables., the entire dish was bland and not at all worth the $14 we paid per bowl. There was also no ice in the drink dispenser. It was an awful event.

Great beers in a super fun atmosphere! I frequent their Las Vegas locations and can't believe the number of crazed fans this place has. They line up for days waiting for their next big release and for good reason. Utah has interesting drinking laws so once you figure out that you have to be sitting to order you'll be on your way to Beer paradise!

Savannah and Forrest took great care of me. Selection of beer and whiskey is okay, only complaint is i wish they had a larger selection of canned beer like other beer zombies locations
