Dinner and drinks with family from out of state. The burgers were great and so was the beer. bewilder never disappoints. One of my favorite breweries in SLC.

Excellent beer selection and the Spaetzle (German pasta) cheese bake with a selected sausage was awesome.

Cool set up, darts are awesome. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food persay, had a cocktail and a beer and they were average. Cost was about where local prices were.

Chicken schnitzel was great, would like the red cabbage hot better than cold. Service was very good

One of my favorite breweries, and the food is reliably good to great. The menu seems to have changed recently and I haven’t tried some of the newer offerings, but the spatzle, currywurst, and other German-influenced offerings are better than you’d expect from a bar.

The hamburger was excellent. The fries are very good too. I was disappointed to not get a flight taster, I was told they were too busy to set it up. However, when I was closing out the tab a server was bringing an emptied flight. I was a little confused. Maybe I will have to try back another time for a flight taster.

Great place! I love their community events. I ordered a beer and even though it was busy the bartender got me my drink very quickly. I will for sure be coming back here!!

Major bonus is that they have a large parking lot

This place has a fun rustic vibe, the staff where comfortable, relaxed, and super accommodating, but on point with menu knowledge and service that seemed natural and not overwhelming. The food ..the food was amazing, hands down. This is a new hidden gem of SLC, UT. That is worth going to. The Taste of Germany (in pic) has some traditional German foods, but the flavors where on another level of amazing.

So good we stopped by twice while in town on business. Good selection of beverages and the food was great! Brats, burgers, Reuben..... can't go wrong. Save room for the apple tart!

Walked in with a California paper license since I recently lost my wallet. I am definitely 50+. Got denied . We left and crushed 3 other places. Not coming back.

The food was amazing, but the attitude of a few staff members spoiled part of the experience for some of us unfortunately. The woman taking our order was unnecessarily rude at times, and although their menu specifically mentions mixing their beers to make a Black and Tan, when one member of our party tried to order that drink, the bar staff said they really couldn't make it properly, and the same woman taking orders immediately told him they wouldn't make the drink for him, it was very strange, and an off-putting experience. The food was awesome though!

Last time I was in SLC I went to 4 different breweries. This trip I went to Bewilder 4 times. Great food, great beer, and and a great blue collar atmosphere. The baked spatzla and cheese is amazing!
