This place is run absolutely terribly. I made a to-go order in person and after waiting 45 minutes one of the staff came to me and asked me what I ordered because they "lost my order". I had to give him my receipt that he printed so they could figure out what my order was. It took another half hour of waiting and after I asked for a refund, they finally got my meal completed.I don't understand what's going on with the staff there, because they seemed busy running around. But their process is an absolute mess. There were several other customers and delivery drivers waiting for their orders as well.The food was decent, but not worth the wait and frustration at all. I will not be returning, and would advise anyone who values their time to avoid eating here unless the staff gets their act together.

First time to BGR, and it won’t be the last. They cooked the burger to your specifications which is nice, they have an great variety of burgers, and they taste amazing! The price was not bad either! WillBe coming back for sure!!

Walked past it a few times, kept forgetting to tell my client I care for that went to culinary school about this place! I finally remembered and he created his own bison meat burger and got garlic Parmesan fries. It was amazing! It was a little bit costly but worth every dollar!! ? ? BGR is the better of the burger joints in the neighborhood, IMO, but unfortunately I've had terrible experiences ordering their food for delivery. The first time, I ordered directly through the BGR app. My order was canceled and reinstated three times over the course of the next hour and a half. In the end I had to drive to the shop to pick up the food, meaning that I paid premium delivery fees and tips for a meal that I fed to my children an hour and a half late and I actually had to pick it up anyway. The manager was supposed to get back to me about refunding me the cost of the tips and the fees, but he never did, despite the fact that I called the restaurant again A left a message asking him to call me back, wasting even more of my time. This past week I decided, foolishly, to try again, ordering through doordash instead. This time the order arrived in good time, but my son's burger was missing. It was easy to get a refund through doordash, but to feed my child I had to reorder his food, paying fees and tip for the same item a second time. I think you see a theme here. It's really a shame, because we have enjoyed their food, but I would definitely not recommend ordering from them.
I've been here multiple times, and they don't disappoint. Every time I'm here the store looks clean and am welcomed in. This place isn't called BGR for a reason. They cook that burger to perfection literally. The display of the burger is absolutely beautiful! The taste and texture is wonderful!!

Utah has a lot of fantastic burger options as far as I’m concerned BGR is number 1. My husband and I tried BGR for the first time tonight and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly and the food was perfection. It’s not every day you eat a burger and feel transported into another dimension because it’s so fantastic. We also ordered their garlic fries, and I’d add that I think it takes skill to turn fries into a showstopping side.Give this place a try!
