Best NY style slice to get in the SLC area. Friendly staff, decent prices, and good food! Pizza is 5/5, pasta 3/5 - haven't found a great pasta dish here every for the Alfredo Mac. Spaghetti was quite a disappointment.

Big Apple is no longer our go to for pizza in Utah. The last 2 pies we purchased were low on sauce, cheese and toppings. I don't know if John sold or if costs have something to do with our dissatisfaction but we will not be patrons anymore (this after over 20 years of being loyal customers).

I don't know how you guys do it but this is the closest thing to Italian pizza in Salt Lake City. I've lived in NYC, Europe and this place makes some of the best pizzas I've ever had. Please never change your recipes.

At one point, this was the best NY pizza in Salt Lake. Now, it is a pathetic shell of its former self. The service is atrocious with the least attentive staff I’ve ever seen. This last time, we sat for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. We walked out without ever speaking to an employee. I don’t know what precipitated this colossal drop off, but it’s a real, real shame.

We are obsessed with this place and have been going for years! It's our go to for pizza. I love the relaxed and fun atmosphere and it's always top tier for food. Definitely would recommend the BBQ chicken! Yum!

My Fiancé moved from Chicago and was complaining that Utah’s Pizza sauce was “Too sweet” looked up this place online and while it’s not Chicago pizza it’s still city Pizza. Love it and has been our new regular pizza stop

I have been on the search for a great pizzeria for quite some time. Upon a work day I stumbled across this little restaurant and wow I was blown away. They offer single slice and I hear so much about luckys slice that I was relieved to find one even better. Best pizza in town I’ve ever had
The pizza was ok. They messed up gave us the dressing but no salad. The staff was friendly. The pasta had very little sauce on it so it was very dry.

We had a great experience coming back to Big Apple. The crew gave us the best service on a quiet weekend night. The crust was sooooo good. Our pizza maker used to be the chef at The Pie. Man he knows his stuff! ----- Fantastic crust! I try pizza often as my husband is an enthusiast. I loved that the crust was chewy but crispy on the outside. Not too little and not too much. We called in our order from the parking lot because of COVID19 restrictions.
