I like the fact that they have decent priced pizza and they cook it as it is ordered. it's not just ready when you get there like Little Caesars. It was well worth it.

The pizza was great. It just took a while, but it was worth the wait. The fountain drink machine was not working, and the front counter was very messy. The cheese and pepper packets were in the boxes, and we had to grab from them. The kid behind the counter was friendly and respectful. I love the pizza, but the place needs to look welcoming and not like it is in the middle of renovations.

Yesterday I ordered an 18” veggie pizza from Big Daddy’s West Valley outlet and this proved to be one of the worst decisions that I made in terms of food. The pizza base was completely uncooked and the raw flour could be seen clearly, with the toppings falling off from all sides. The ill-effects of consuming raw flour and such ingredients are well known and should have been taken care of by their employees when I am paying them $50-$60 for their services. I was left with no other option and had to throw away the entire pizza. This carelessness is totally unacceptable and I would never ever recommend Big Daddy’s to anyone here onwards!!!

The pizza was STALE, it tasted like it was sitting in the room for hours and dried out. I haven't ever had that experience any where else in recent years, I use to really like this restaurant chain.
The "atmosphere" or kitchen itself seemed messy, dirty, and unorganized, which honestly just made me worried they weren't being food safe. But I didn't get food poisoning so..... I guess it's fine.
The service was quick and easy, they were fine.
Stale pizza is a big pass, so no I will not be eating here again.

Waited an hour 1/2 for delivery. Couldn’t order online n get discount said don’t deliver here. So called gave no discount. Worst pizza ever! Delivered cold! ! Taste like feozwn pizza and mushrooms taste rancid. Spent $22.00 for nothing. Threw it away! Never again!!! Don’t waste your money.
Got the few pizzas in a timely manner. But the pizza was cold and limp. The crust wasn't cooked enough. A lot of the kids were complaining of stomach aches shortly after, myself included. Ordered years ago and it was really good, thought I'd try it again. Not sure what's going on over there but that was not a good idea.

I had a 12" cheese, my wife had a 12" Hawaiian. Both pretty darn tasty. Both were hot. Service was quick. Pizzas are served in to-go boxes, so you can sit, or hit the road. Fancy it's not, but the food was good, and that's all that matters. Did I mention that 2 pizzas and 2 drinks were only $21.00? And lots of free parking.

They told me it would be 45 to 60 minutes to get my pizza and they would deliver room service. It was an 95 minutes and I had to go down to the lobby. The pizza was cold! Yuck!!! I called three times and got many excuses. Save your money and don't order!!!
