It was absolutely disgusting. My father's food was old and undercooked. My mother's food had the same thing. My ground beef taco tasted like it had been in the freezer since it opened. The decorations was nice

Each year Our team visit Salt Lake City for convention, a visit to The blue Iguana. The services is exceptional, the food is excellent, we highly recommend visiting!

The Blue Iguana's food and service are fantastic! I've been there many times, always with a large group and the staff makes sure we're well taken care of and always gives great service and food choices.

We were a party of 9. I had to ask the hostess to get our waitress after 7 minutes of waiting. She was not pleasant. The food was ok. No dishes were recommended nor did she tell us her name. She did not pass out our checks, we had to sort them ourselves. The drinks were watered down or no alcohol at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Margaritas and food were mediocre at best. Service was horrible. I had to ask the hostess where is the waiter. This place was not busy. She did pass out our checks left on table for us to sort out.

German was rude and really not good service….he never come to the table and see if we need same stuff,can’t believe….bad service

Ordered pickup through uber eats. They completely disregarded the order notes. Burrito grande fully loaded, asked for rice and chicken only with just cheese on top. Lady on the phone said “The whole point of the Grande is how large it is”. Then make the burrito with the requested ingredients and the same large tortilla is that against the law? Also, her claim fell short when the chicken quesadillas were also fully loaded when we only asked for rice, chicken and beans. Yall just messed it up and claimed you can’t take ingredients off. What about people with food allergies? Do you put everything on everybody’s food even if they request otherwise? Seems very lazy, don’t recommend if you don’t like beans because apparently beans are required here. Nice guacamole and interior design.

Been a couple of times and usually a great venue but last visit was disappointing. It was busy but no excuse for rude server. Food not as good as it used to be. Just not sure I would rush to go back. Nice margarita and ambiance but that’s the only good thing

I don't know. They forgot they had seated our party and did not engage the whole table for 30 minutes (their own admission), then forgot a piece of my order. Food is just okay. Definitely won't be back. Average rating for a poor experience.
