The environment is clean and new. People there are nice. But the food is just not tasty at all. I’m disappointed after trying out here.

Went there at noon and there was only one table in front, so we had to wait for half an hour. The rice is stuffed with raw cabbage with black spots and a long hair in the meat. One person said that the taste of Yi Shou Shou Guo was okay, but the service experience was so bad that I would not come again.

Bank card records can be sent to you privately. This is the dish to eat. I have all the evidence I should have~---------------Absolutely amazing, this Chinese cabbage, I have never eaten this kind of Chinese cabbage in my whole life. Our family just throws away this kind of cabbage when we see it. I actually took it out and sold it ?

Store, if you find someone to post comments and make false messages, wait for our lawyer's letter. There are photos and evidence for everything we eat, you say we curse people, what about the evidence? You ask the police to adjust the surveillance to see, we have not said a word about you or the waiters, it has always been a matter of food.On the phone, you kept implying your American identity. Let me tell you, we international students are not just for you, a Chinese with American identity, to bully you casually. !You keep talking about the United States. Neither the United States nor China will tolerate you fabricating falsehoods out of thin air. You are still threatening us in the comments that we will be in big trouble if we talk again. Go check Yelp, Xiaohongshu and other Regarding the bad reviews on Google, we didn’t find anyone to write reviews at all. We are all real people who eat, and those who clean up will clean up themselves. Don’t open your mouth to slander others. American law teaches you to intimidate others. Please take a look at the last sentence in the last screenshot. If the store threatens us with the police, we will be in big trouble. Their home has just opened, the environment is good, and the skewers are delicious. I ordered the stinky pot. At first I thought it was stinky tofu, but it turned out that it was made of sour bamboo shoots. It tasted like snail powder and tasted good. My friend ate a very special Malatang pot with milk in it. The soup is very rich, but not very spicy. The clerk said that if you want it to be as spicy as in China, you need to order it very spicy. The Japanese beef bone soup is delicious. But friends with strong tastes should tell them. They'll top it up for you.

The worst hotpot I've ever had in my lifeGo to ombu to eat. This is really speechless. The smelly pot doesn’t stink at all.

First time being here, the waiters and owners are all super nice. I gotta say the Beef Skewers are a 10/10. Potstickers very good. They gave us a free dessert, Crepe with bananas, chocolate, caramel…. Man we didn’t leave a spot left on the plate. Friend got the boiling bowl and it looked delicious. I had the Kimchi bowl, with beef, so good. Gonna come back and eat like 5 orders of beef skewers probably.

Food was delicious and staff was really nice. I definitely want to go back again and try other hot pots. The spicy hot pot was so good It's a small restaurant, so it could easily fill on weekends.

I really liked this hot pot place! It had a simple interior but clean. They bring you your soup already cooked except that you add the noodles. I LOVED the spicy hot pot, tons of flavor. The shrimp was over cooked (and it comes with the head on still, if that sorta thing bugs you). Also, the beef skewer was dry but the pork was delicious! Also, yummy shakes. I had a watermelon tea that tasted very artificial. Stick to the shakes!!Back to the soup. Again, delicious flavor!! Also, they use fresh noodles for certain noodles so be sure to ask. They were yummy. Owner was super nice.

Excellent single serving hotpots. I had the seafood hotpot and my dinner mates chose the tonkotsu hotpot. We also enjoyed some sides. The broth for the seafood hotpot is a clear broth and well seasoned with a variety of delicious sea critters. I didn't sample the tonkotsu but my dinner mates stated it was excellent. We all loved how there's something different in every bite. We arrived at a time it was not busy and we were the only ones there, so service was quick and our server was attentive and explained how everything works. I will definitely go back again.

Typically, when I try a new place and get something I end up not liking I could assume it's just the specific dish I ordered that I didn't like and would just come back next time and try something else. But this entire experience was foul and unacceptable. My friends and I came here yesterday and decided to try it for the first time. Considering we've seen both good and bad reviews we decided to try it for ourselves. When we got here it was empty, we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time yet it took 20+ mins just to get our drinks. We placed our order through the scan code menu option. We ordered the beef skewers and octopus balls as our appetizer, 1 kimchi hotpot, 1 signature hotpot and 1 spicy hotpot as our entree. The skewers came out first which they were decent, unfortunately the only thing that was. The octopus came out next and it was raw. The batter wasn't cooked and it was still runny. It took 30+ mins as our individual hotpot's came out one by one. The kimchi hotpot came out next and the noodles were wrong and way too salty. The spicy hotpot came out after and it was full of oil sitting at the top. Then came my hotpot which was suppose to be the signature but they brought out another kimchi which was a mistake on our part as we accidentally ordered 2 kimchi instead of one of each. I informed the server that I initially wanted the signature so he takes it back and says they can make me a signature which I was grateful for. Not even 2 mins after he took it back some lady comes out, super rude and says "YOU DONT WANT THE KIMCHI YET THE SIGNATURE". Doesn't greet us in any way, just rushes us with that question and storms off. While waiting for our food some lady who we believe to be the owner comes in, doesn't greet us or say anything yet gives us dirty looks as she walks to the back of the kitchen. She was there a couple mins then leaves the restaurant. Finally, the signature hotpot comes out and my initial thought was there was no color. It looked like dirty water yet we still tried it. My friends did first and couldn't swallow what they sipped. I took my spoon and grabbed some broth so I can try as well but immediately spit it out as I felt like I just drank a spoon full of salt and feet water. If the customer service wasn't as bad I'd consider giving this place some time and coming back at a later date to try something else on the menu considering they are a new restaurant but unfortunately I won't be.

I went to Boiling bowl last night for dinner with some friends. We got a few appetizers and 4 hot pots. This was my first experience with a hot pot and really enjoyed the food! I got the spicy bowl and pot stickers. Not 5 stars due to the food taking longer than expected to come out, but took that with a grain of salt because the restaurant just opened, and I’m sure they are working out some kinks! Will be coming back to try some other items on the menu:)

We’ve heard about this place from a very famous Utah Foodie so we decided to check it out. Service was very slow but very understandable because they’re still new and trying to figure things out. The environment was nice, clean, and quiet. However, it was too quiet it felt awkward so music would add a nice ambience to this place. The food tasted alright. We ordered their takoyaki, beef skewers, pork skewers, spicy hot pot, edamame, and their Japanese Tonkotsu hot pot. The spicy hot pot was a little disappointing as it was not spicy or had any flavor at all. Also, if you don’t like super oily food I wouldn’t recommend the spicy hot pot.We ordered the Japanese Tonkotsu hotpot and it was supposed to come with beef. It was all seafood. The broth was flavorful and probably the best part of our experience here. The edamame was perfection. The beef and pork skewers were good but it almost felt like it was sitting out too long where it got a little cold. Our takoyaki was warm on the outside but cold on the inside. We told our waiter about it and they were kind enough to replace it and even apologized. It was great the second time.We went around lunch time and they were busy. All of our food didn’t come out the same time so we had to wait for one after another and people that came after us were already getting their food.Nonetheless, I can see that this place can improve and we’ll give them a few more months to go back and try it again. Thanks for an experience!
