Since I arrived at the U last spring I've been on a quest for the perfect coffee shop and have been disappointed with the union's coffee and the marriott's coffee. Tucked away in the law building is brio. I was hoping it was more of a cafe but it still blew its competition out of the water. Here is the quick and dirty: -they serve Rimini coffee which is a local roaster. - they have the ability to do lattes and the like -the barista was nice - the law building was quiet - they were more of a snack stop instead of a cafe - the coffee was delicious - the store was clean

By far the best coffee on the University of Utah campus! It has a great selection of food and pastries too. The staff is always friendly and care about my drink. Exceptional quality in their drinks and I will return everytime I am on campus! If you are on campus, look for them.
