Great service and the ambiance was fantastic. Hidden gem. Walked from the aquatic center and it was worth the stroll.

I love this spot for the waffle with egg over east, the crew are all ways friendly and take great care with me order. Some times I will get the Ricky burger for lunch - best burger this side of me Big Green Egg.

First time trying this place. The owner was so nice and had such a wonderful personality. The food was great and even if it wasn't I would go back for the amazing service. They even had Dr.Pepper in a glass bottle! It was a first for me.

I drove all the way over here and they were closed! Waste of time and gas. Said it was staffing issues! I won't be coming again!

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff is above and beyond friendly, and the food is above and beyond delicious. To top it all off, it's even priced amazing. Not the cheapest things in the world, but a great price for how much you actually get, and especially for the quality you get.Although the dessert waffles are a hit (and I love rasperrys), you really can't skip on the chicken strips and fries because they are next level.Every location I've visited has been outstanding, but this is probably the best one just due to seating and convenient location. I highly recommend a visit!

Food is dangerously undercooked. $15 for this was crazy. Couldn’t find a place to park and homeless people were swarming the area.

Best fries in Utah!! They are soooo good! The variety of sauces you can choose to go with them are absolutely awesome. My favorite so far is the Zen and the Samurai. We've eaten there a bunch of times and tried a variety of things on the menu, everything so far has been delicious and affordable. Bruges is an awesome spot to stop for breakfast or for any meal of the day. I highly recommend this absolutely delicious place!!

Meh. It feels like a food truck that should have stayed a food truck. The parking is non-existent to this place unless you can snag one of the four street parking spots. Otherwise you're walking. The price of food for what you get is not great. The waffles are good but I really couldn't tell the difference between these and any of the other places that have good waffles. The fries were good but that's pretty easy. What's most surprising to me is that in a neighborhood as pretentious as Sugarhouse they are able to survive (let alone compete) using frozen Walmart chicken tenders. A couple of the other menu items were questionable as well. I ordered the machine gun sandwich and I guess I should have been more thorough while reading but there's never a time in my life as an adult when I find it acceptable to pay $16 for a sausage put on a cheap bun topped with fries. I mean the sausage was good but definitely can't call that a sandwich and again it was 16 bucks for a sausage on a bun. That's way too much money for basically a hotdog with no toppings. It would take a lot to get me to go back to this place, but if you have a craving for a fast, decent waffle (only the waffle though) then give it a shot

Amazing sandwich the fries or "frites as they call them are amazing and the Andalouse sauce is to die for. Wilmer was amazing and his customer service is perfect. I'll make sure to keep coming here every time I'm in town .

What a delightful place! We arrived around noon and it was busy but we got a table easily. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. There were standard tables with chairs, no booths. (Note: if you're sitting on a chair that backs up to a walkway, don't be a jerk and sit with your chair way back and block the space...yeah, guy, I'm talking to you the one who had the nerve to look annoyed when people kept bonking into his chair.) One wall had a great mural with Astrid characters. I was looking for Tintin. I got the Croque Monsieur and it came with frites. My friend got the chicken and waffles and frites. We were both very happy. The portions were perfect. Neither of us wanted leftovers, and we almost finished what we had. The gentleman at the counter asked what dipping sauce I wanted. I said my husband and I both feel that good fries should stand alone. The gentleman looked at me a bit confused. I can be a little goofy. "Are they great fries?" "Yes!" "Ok, no dipping sauce, then." I wanted a beer since I wasn't driving and thought it would be great to balance out the meal and be refreshing. I didn't recognize any of the names of the beers listed and asked if they had anything like a wheat beer. I got a Zot at his recommendation and it was perfect. I felt that the cost was appropriate for the level of food I got.

The service was excellent and food tasted good, but since I was last there they've replaced their bigger chicken tenders with very small ones, to the point where the higher price didn't feel anywhere near worth it.
