Wonderful evening with friends. We were puzzling over some wine tasting flights when we were joined by the sommelier. I have been going to BTG for maybe 8 years and had no idea they had an in-house sommelier. Indeed they do. We had a great time getting the download on dozens of wines, all of which he knew intimately. He was able to recommend a couple of flights mixing wines from all over the world into a superb tasting experience. Made for a special night. And the food was great, too.

We enjoyed our visit to BTG Wine Bar - they have great options for wine flights and the meat/cheese board & focaccia was a perfect pairing. Service was welcoming and friendly.

I visited this wine bar recently and ordered a $10 glass of wine, but was served a different one without a clear explanation. I only found out when the bill came that I was charged $36. It was disappointing and made me feel misled. The place itself is nice, but I hope they can communicate more clearly when changing an order or serving something different.

Food was amazing. We sat outside and it was pretty warm, but the jazz band was worth it. Yummy drinks and my mom loved her birthday cheesecake.

Another gem in the city!! Delicious bar snacks… the focaccia and burratta was out of this world. But the eggplant meatballs were the real star of the show. Unbelievable texture and flavor. The three of us wished we brought Yahtzee so we could’ve just chilled all night. The wine flights are awesome and the staff is super knowledgeable with great recommendations. Mollie was the orchestrator of a great experience. Late 1800 Scottish cabin/pub vibes. Great for a low key date spot or a chill night with good friends! Will be coming back!

So, I went today with a friend, and Ammon was our server.
He spoke to us about one wine on the “flights.” But my problem is that he gave me the bill and i gave him my card, and afterwards he came back after swiping the card and I gave to him more than 20% of the tip IN CASH. And when I saw the ticket to sign it I noticed he had already charged me almost 30$ in gratuity. Ill add pictures. It is custom to circle on the ticket before a card is given that gratuity has already been added in order to avoid this and as a server I know it is ilegal to add a tip AFTER a card has been given.

We ordered a few different things, and they were quite salty with a heavy hand on the garlic. I didn’t mind it, but my boyfriend isn’t the biggest fan of garlic. He also ordered his steak medium rare, but it came out well done, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, probably not ideal for a full dinner, but great for pairing with wine and a cheese plate.

Great spot for date night, or to catch up with friends. The wine selection is wonderful and I absolutely love the wine flights. It may be a wine bar, but their cocktails are on point, too! Great ambiance, and the food menu has decent variety, too.

We had a wonderful 2.5-hour dinner evening at BTG. A full Cafe Molisse dinner menu provided us with many options in addition to the "Bar Bites" menu. The wine options, so many to choose from, reasonably priced, catering to drinkable wines. I came to know that the flights can be modified substituting another Italian wine to complete my desired flight. Our server, Mollie, was so attentive and engaging for our evening. Twice she offered and suggested off-menu items to suit our table's taste, one a mocktail (bravo to the bartender) the second an affogato dessert. In addition to the wine paring and flight suggestions. A fabulous evening of food, wine and conversation.

This is a beautiful hidden gem located in the lower level of the Caffé Molise building on the corner of West Temple and 400 South. I had no idea this place existed until a friend recommended it for dinner. The ambiance of this 100+ year old building is just amazing. BTG obviously has a large selection of wine choices available by the glass plus the option to sample and enjoy a wine flight if you just can't pick one. Several different flights are available on the menu and our server helped guide us to one that matched our tastes. The menu has a mix of light bites, which aren't so light, and a full dinner menu with entrees. Knowing this place is connected to Caffé Molise I knew the food would be amazing. We started off with the eggplant meatballs and the focaccia with Burrata. The meatballs were amazing served in a cream sauce and so tasty it was hard to imagine they were actually eggplant. The focaccia was fresh and warm from the oven with a spread of Burrata is was so tasty too. After these two starters I barely had room for my entree. I selected the butternut ravioli which was served with a brown butter sauce. Absolutely amazing! The flavors just popped and it was a hearty portion which could have easily been split. The service was on par and very attentive. We didn't have room for dessert however there is a nice selection of items on the dessert menu too. Make a reservation as this place is hopping as the evening rolls on. Thank you BTG for a nice dining experience.

Had an excellent experience last night. The food was delicious and I really enjoy doing a wine flight. It helped me pick a new favorite! Your Somalia was incredibly informative and kind. Our service was great. The music was a little weird though. A bit more club than I would've expected but music can be like that sometimes.
