We were seated immediately, the service was amazing and very friendly. The decor was fun and there was always something to look at. The food was delicious and came hot and is great for eating with family. The manager/co-owner was amazing and did more than he needed to do. And if you chose one desert, get the chocolate cake; it is the best chocolate cake you will ever get, and even when shared it is still fulfilling and so rich and amazing.

One of the best chains in America for family-style Italian food. This particular one did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I love that Buca offers a smaller size lunch menu when you are solo. The experience is why you come here and this location fulfilled all my expectations for fun, friendly, and good food.

At noon on a Monday was set at the bar because they were to busy. After taking nearly 20 minutes to get our order in I walked upstairs to use restroom and realized there was 2 parties of 15 and 1 table of 2. Finally left after 1.5 hours because of multiple issues. The food would have been so go but service was the worst I have ever seen.
