Walked in. Hardly a customer in site at 5 o'clock on a Friday night in sugar house.Apparently no staff eitherWe had to wait about 25 min with an obvious ADA elderly with us.Found out. Only one server on staff. So our question is what are the other 5-10 staff doing that are walking around aimlessly? Who really knows I guess.About 12 min into this wait a random other staff member checked to make sure we'd been helped. We had. He felt very awkward in his demeanor. A bit of a hostage situation type of nervousness . But it's neither here nor there.Finally we are seated. The host lady who sat us was an absolute doll so kind and pleasant a human to interact with.The waiter we had. He was a solid 10/10 too. Glorious staff. I can only assume they are under paid and over worked. If it was not for the good interaction we had the star rating would be 1. But had to add a few just for the staff members we interacted with.

Frustrating service by the host. Any questions we had seemed like a burden to the wait staff. Food was standard Buffalo Wild Wings so no complaints there but the host made this a very unenjoyable experience.

I can always count on this location to know what is happening in the world of sports. I went there for opening day and despite the rain delays the manager was on top of the broadcast and even had my game on sound during the middle of the day.

First off I've never had to get a wrist band at a restaurant to get served alcohol. I thought that's was a little weird. My brother and I walked in at a normal dinner time of 6pm and got seated. We were the 8th and 9th people in this entire restaurant. After watching a couple waitresses just sit there and gossip for over 20 minutes without anyone even coming up to get our drinks we walked out. Don't come here. It was a massive waste of time.

Ordered boneless and got 20 bone chicken wings not the first time this has happened
We had THE WORST service here. We came to have a few beers and food and watch the NCAA tournament games. It was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. I am not particular when it comes to this stuff, but wanted to write a review because I was so disappointed.

Very poor service, ordered 5 of three different flavors. The original hot had barely any buffalo sauce on it and I asked for them to be remade. Server told me that the manager said they couldn’t remake them and gave me a buffalo dipping sauce. When you’re charging an arm and a leg for some mediocre wings you should at least be willing to remake them when they turn out subpar. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to say anything or try and rectify the situation when there was barely anyone in there on a Wednesday night.

This store is racist. When they saw we were four Chinese, they said we had to wait 30 minutes (but there was no one in the store waiting for a table and there was an empty table). Before we even left the store, a couple came in and were immediately offered a table. When confronted with our question, the explanation given was that two people would get a table, but four would have to wait. I'm speechless.
