I got a bacon burger with some chicken fries I didn't need the chicken fries. I forgot people actually make burgers that you have to use to hands with. This was one of them and it was delicious.

Today I went to buy three combos the cashier took the worst order of my life he didn’t add my order as it was and it took me 20 minutes in the self-service the cars in the back were honking and the cashier simply didn’t give me my order I needed a hamburger a potato and he simply didn’t deliver me a straw he didn’t give me the drink he gave it to me wrong!!!

They both sell a cup of soft serve and a cone. I ordered a cone, what is this? If I wanted the cup I would have ordered it, I'm driving how the ... Am I supposed to eat this while driving?

The atmosphere is awful, security cameras and screens all over the walls. Bathrooms were locked and a pain to just wash my hands. They were also disgusting.

Food was fine, a little overcooked, but they got my order correct, which is better than most locations.

I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The employees are rude and ignore you when you come into the building. They keep their lights outside turned off at night so that they look closed from the road while they continue to goof off and sit around talking inside.
The restrooms are absolutely filthy and littered with drug paraphernalias such as cans with holes punched in them, aluminum foil with burns all over it even cigarette butts. I seriously question the integrity of whoever runs this establishment.

Went there today. Walk in, everyone working scatters and act like they don't see you. They stand in the drive thru area, the fry area and the walk from the back and no one says anything. After 3-4 minutes standing there, I yell "Hello", the same manager that scattered first says," you can't wait, we're all working drive thru". So, my question is: It takes 4 people to do drive thru, when there's one car in drive thru?

Bathrooms stay locked, went to bathroom is was notably locked on doors, asked them to unlock it for my 7 yr old clearly holding himself in line, you gotta wait for people ordering to ask.. then they press an unlock button for you to enter.. except she never pushed it. Son had an accident before I even turned back around to ask her to unlock them. Punk.

Royal Fackrell

This location allows homeless to loiter for hours on end , the manager refuses to make them leave , even after being told the homeless are harassing actual patrons trying to enter the store. If you aren't homeless this location will not serve you. The staff is a joke for allowing homeless to chase actual paying customers away.

The Hispanic girl manager doesn't deserve to manager because she rude and professional. I would recommend anyone to eat this burger king as long as she's working there. Whoever is the operational manager in this place please get rid of her as soon as possible. She bring you revenue down.

I can’t walk in this store to eat without being harassed by homeless, the lady at the counter told us to not come back when we complained about it and she would not tell the homeless to leave, she actually told us paying customers to leave because she did not want to tell the homeless who harrass customers to leave.

Just went through the drive thru lane. Waited for a good while to get up to the squawk box. After placing order waited another 9 minutes for food. Guy at window said they were really short on staff. If it was slow outside iam sure folks were having to wait inside. This place really needs to get it's act together.
