The gentle soul that helped us last night was awesome we got the regular cheeseburger and onion rings for two and then we got the cotton candy cloud which is absolutely amazing! ?Vegetarian options: We enjoy the pvegetarian optionsParking: Plenty plenty of parking on 3rd West and 13th South make sure you use the driveways on the North side and on the west side of Lowe's to get into Burger King

So much for the person taking my order today and repeating it back to me correctly and then someone missmarked the paper wrapper for my sandwich to have pickles. And when I ask for a refund or a replacement for the sandwich that wasn’t even touched they ask for a receipt which the employee at the window NEVER HANDED me in the first place let along could even find in the computer system when he charged me in the first place! And when asked for the refund the kitchen manager took offense to it and said show me a receipt when I said I paid with a CC and asked them to look my order up that way they refused to do so. When I said I ordered a # 6 NO PICKLES and the person taking my order responded back alright NO PICKLES it shouldn’t be my job as a customer to eat the cost of a sandwich meal if the employee repeated it back correctly and completed the conversation loop and yet put the order incorrectly. Possible one of the BIGGEST SERVICE RECOVERY FAILURES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCEDAnd not only am I out the 12USD I spent on the meal, I didn’t even get a sandwich because they took it and wouldn’t give it back. Or give me a refund.Dietary restrictions: If some one says NO PICKLES even if the sandwich doesn’t come with it the employee should take that order and ensure the custom order is correct or inform the customer that it doesn’t come that way in the first place and offer to make the order to specification or REFUND the meal as I couldn’t EAT IT AS IT WAS PREPARED!!!

Drove to the drive thru. No one answered. Said, hello, a few times. Nothing. Drove to the window. Not a soul in sight. ...except for one family eating inside. It's 2:20pm on Wednesday! Where is everyone? Poor management.

I went in on 1/3/24 around 7:30 am. The rudest woman thru the drive up helped me. I ordered a 5pc French toast sticks & #2 with a large coke NO ICE she packed it full of to the top with ice. I didn't want to argue so I let that go, I asked for syurp & ketchup, she slammed them into my hand & said anything else or can I help the next customer.She was a white heavy set woman with a long pony tail & a BAD BAD Attitude!!!!Will never go to that BK again.

Went through the drive thru and asked for ‘cheese only’. We had to repeat it three times and they still got it wrong. Had to go back for a new one and the buns were burnt. What a joke. The employees also weren’t nice, just seemed like they hated being there.

Beware... horrible service. Always gets orders wrong and my last burger I ordered here, the bun was completely burnt black to the point of smelling. The owner should check this place out and shut it down or at least get a better hiring process and get new people that care about their job

No no no no no!!!!! This stupid location has a REALLY BAD HABIT OF closing early!! Their sign says 11pm for drive thru and their recording greets you and asks for your order when you place an order No one answers and they pretend to not see you. They're inside walking around cleaning to get out early I get it but you need to honor your open/closing time or change it..... The manager is a big witch looking lady giving you angry looks when you come up to the window..... change your attitude it stinks!!!
