The food is what you would expect from Burger King but the drive through was absolutely terrifying. There was people shooting up drugs and just walking around the parking lot while we ordered our food. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The portions of the fries are less than half of what they are and the horrible chicken frys are super small and watery as they have fried them there for a while, I asked for lemonade and they gave me sprite, terrible, I don't recommend that place at all, apart from many homeless people around the place.

This place has gone down hill at this location. They do not have the homeless removed from the property and the workers always get orders wrong or never ask if we want cheese on our whopper. Tables dirty. Drive thru is slow. Food barely warm. Fried with no salt. Kick the homeless off the property it feels unsafe! Thank you.
Didn't like the crowd hanging around the place but that is SLC, it is getting bad for drugs, etc
Food was as expected as was the service.
Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian, yeah the impossible burger is "vegetarian" but not much else on the sandwich is healthy, or the fries. Last ditch effort for vegetarians.

I wanted to use my coupon in the store, but the associates asked me to use it online. Therefore, I placed the order online. When it was time to pick it up, I told the associate multiple times through the voice microphone, but he couldn’t understand what I was saying. I told him it was for me, but he kept asking if it was for DoorDash because of my accent. I had to raise my voice and tell him "no." He then asked me to come to the window to pick up my order, but he refused to give me the food. I believe this was a case of discrimination, and I would like this matter to be escalated.

I hate locked restrooms, but I understand because of the loitering homeless population all around. No offense to them. Most are just surviving. The pandemic made life far worse for so many. Businesses are just doing what they need to, to even stay in business. It's still what you expect food wise for BK! Whopper is my favorite burger! TY
