I tried to get food through the mobile app and was told my order didn't show up due to selecting drive-thru, which is nonsense to the fullest, so here I am foodless and passed my 30-minute lunch. This company should get out of the mobile app game as it is 2023 and there is no good reason for a national company to have such a trash app in my opinion. Pictured are my empty hands since I didn't get my order.

I don't know why this burger king is allowed to be open. Follows the protocol of (bad) truck stop fast food, but is much much worse. This is possibly the worst burger king in America. Words can't describe how bad this place is. I'm speechless. Its 2023, but this wasn't acceptable 60 years ago.

I was running into work so I popped in the drive through to grab an original chicken sandwich. Came out without mayonnaise and was super dry. It was a waste of $6.00. I don't eat at burger King very much and will think twice about going again. I think gas station food would have been better.

I just ordered a Jr. Bk sausage burrito and left. It was still cold and so disgusting! Usually they are hot and delicious. Very disappointing to say thw least!
I came inside but it was gross looking and crowded so i decided to download the app, order (by itself that takes like 10 minutes) wait for them to "make it" and then go to pick it up the useless fat karen tells me they dont work with online orders like??????? how??? said to ask the company that i ordered with im like what do you mean it is BURGER KING! So i ordered food normally and then went to pay they did not take apple pay. She had not wven started making my food and i left with nothing more than about 40 minutes of my time absolutely wasted.
