While the employee's for the most part are friendly, the last few times I have ordered from there, I have been missing multiple items ordered via the drive thru. My kids love the food, but I am tired of paying for items I do not receive. I don't think it should be that hard to verify that EVERYTHING I ordered and paid for should end up in the bag or being handed to me! Fast food in general in my area has all gone down the toilet, employee's at most around here can't figure out how to put everything in the bag. Customer service is out the window, no one cares anymore!!

Tator tot hash browns that have been re-cooked so many times they're inedible & might break your teeth! Soggy, wet chicken sandwich! BK is going under here and they're pulling stupid crap like this & more. Apparently they want to drive themselves out of business 🧐

I am posting on my mom's phone mine is dead, she told me look how kind this worker is, we are not a staring at each person working while eating. But when you eat food made in a orderly fashion. Your eyes wonder and your taste buds are having a circus in your mouth 👄. Cleansliness is key and food not thrown together sloppy is deserving of a medal 🏅 Store 5242 Thank you Christina and the team. She's on her best work mode. Ordered chicken fries and a medium fry at the drive thru and they had me pull forward after paying so they could bring my food out later. I waited for fifteen minutes as 7-8 cars behind me placed their orders and got their food. At this point I had to get back to work because I only had a half hour lunch break so I had to just leave without my food. Big bummer for sure. I don't understand how they forget an order, because isn't there a screen with all the orders?

We ordered the woper meal, only to get home and discover it came with old Halloween-themed buns without any warning or option to choose otherwise. The buns looked unappetizing and felt like leftovers from last October. It was disappointing and honestly off-putting. This experience didn’t just ruin our meal it ended our loyalty to Burger King entirely, not just at this location but across the board. With so many fast food chains struggling, you’d think they’d prioritize quality and freshness. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
