Never open when they're supposed to be open (lobby hours), fries are always old & gross. Don't know how this place stays open considering how mediocre it is.
Took me and my lil minions with me stopped bty for quick bite Justice who took my order made sure I got.my whopper FRESH off broiler FOB & customer satisfaction was what mattered to justice i thanked her and her crew for being awesome ...definitely going back because of that crew real talk

Good ole comfort food, on a Sunday afternoon is always a good idea. Char broiled hamburgers.made your way. Not the best food, but decent for a quick bite. Service is nice and quick, the atmosphere is non existent, just a regular chow hall with no personality. The area is clean and little crown hats at each table. The food came quick.

Beware of the BAIT AND SWITCH! False prices on the menu!
I wanted a simple Whopper JR at the listed price. I even asked for the "regular" size. They put down medium at the higher price. That is NOT what I wanted.
I don't eat fries often and I wanted the smallest serving possible, along with a smaller soda. If I wanted I medium I would have said so and would have been willing to pay for it. Is there a contest to see who can rip off more customers? Then today's order taker would win.

THIS BURGER KING IS HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ORDERED ON THE BURGER KING APP AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER STOLE MY FOOD! I called Doordash first because the deliver service is through doordash they told me the refund has to come from burger king because I ordered on the app. Doordash reaches burger king three way and the guy tells me to call in the morning to talk to management. The whole time I'm back and forth with doordash and burger I'm also messaging the burger king chat but of course it's AI. The only message I received is the message in the screenshot I provided. Fast forward to the next morning I call burger king speak to the manager he tells me he cannot give me refund because it's an online order. So basically everybody is telling me they cannot refund me BUT I NEVER GOT MY FOOD. I googled a corporate number and the number does not work and there is NO WAY to reach them. I JUST WANT MY FULL REFUND! Doordash has also stated that they've refunded burger king but yet burger king some how cannot refund me? Please make that make sense? I don't understand.
I went to lunch at that place, the service was totally terrible, I ordered a hamburger, and the entire meal was super!! cold, it seemed like it had been made hours, additionally I asked for ketchup and napkins and it's as if they were telling you not to give them to the customers because it's not the first time that it happens. I understand that in the same way that I paid almost $20.00 for a lunch, the same way the customer should be treated who costs them to put in the bag, napkins and everything that is used to give good flavor to the hamburger. My second and last time and I can't stop writing that each of the employees should be given a good training on how to treat customers. Because their treatment was disgusting and terrible, thanks to the manager who apologized for the treatment and the poorly done delivery.
