Google shows they close at 11pm, pulled in at 9:30pm to an employee laughing over the microphone and saying that they weren't taking orders. I can understand to a point the not taking orders since the delivery truck was there, however the giggling over the microphone was incredibly aggravating and unprofessional. Genuinely felt like the employees simply didn't want to work.

food was great. they just did get some new specker boxes installed so I'm not sure if they couldn't hear me but the person keeps repeating my order like they couldn't hear me.

I stop here regularly. The service is good. The food is yummy. The workers are always polite and friendly. I recommend the Bacon King medium combo, for a fulfilling meal.Vegetarian options: Beyond" food options.Parking: Large parking area.

When I order no pickles. Because I find them disgusting. And you reply "no pickles" twice to me. The expectation is no pickles.Even the receipt confirms it. I know it's fast food, but they were not busy and took their time delivering the meal. Have some standards.Also, maybe monitor syrups on the soda machine. Cause that med. Coke sucked as well.

TLDR; awful customer service, unreliable, avoid if possible.Tried to get food on my break. Nobody in drive thru, perfect. Waited at drive thru about 2 min before asking if anyone was there.Response: "systems down. power went out" I asked how long, they tell me to move out of the drive thru so I don't "run up the timer"No worries I'll try inside. Doors are locked.Time: roughly 10:05 am.Go back to drive thru and ask if they know how long the system will be down. They tell me to get out of line so I don't run the timer. I said I'll wait. Ended up having to tell others behind me in line the situation.15 min later ask if this system. No response. Drive to window, I see them duck around the corner to hide, phones out taking videos(?).I come back at 12 pm asking for the managers contact info, I was told no. "they're not working today, and they aren't going to side with you"I'm a patient person but at this point my voice is raised.I used to work for Burger King, I know it's not fun to switch over the breakfast menu to lunch.I had push back from my kitchen when a breakfast order comes at 10:29 am, but treating customers like this is a terrible way to run a business.

Well just went there and asked for a spicy bk royal crispy and lemonade got the lemonade had to ask for a straw then checked my food before i left i got a spicy wrap went in and said i am not sure how that this is a spicy bk royal crispy and all i got from the manager and her companion was attitude cause i did not specify i wanted a sandwich not a wrap i would not go there if you want any kind of service

Not the greatest location in general, most people probably never even think about this being here. However if you work in this industrial area, and you like Burger King but aren’t real impressed with their service (as I am not. Seem any given BK has issues with hiring or retaining employees and the ones that stick around leave a lot to be desired, however…) this location has a conscientious crew, (I usually visit during breakfast hours, but one time was there in the evening, and did not see a drop off in their drive-thru efficiency) I was rather pleasantly surprised as it is not the norm, but much better experience than my average experience at a BK. Check em out

The supervisor/manger “Christina” has very poor customer service skills!! She refused my money because it had a tear in it, it was wasn’t bad enough to refuse she was very rude. I don’t think she needs to work with the public the way she acted. My food was cold the cheese on my burgers were as if they just pulled it out of the fridge cold. French fries were not hot they were cold. Crazy service. I’m at this store quite frequently and today will probably be my last. Please teach that girl some manners and customer service skills

Burger King used to be one of my favorite burger joints, but corporate culture is killing it. The counter server did a very good job, but the fare is dying. The mozzarella sticks are made of something other than mozzarella, and the sandwich was so-so at best.Very sad.

The bigger girl with blue hair needs to lose that attitude REAL quick. Food is cold as hell. And to top it all off she's to lazy to bake some cookies though it's only 6pm, nowhere near closing time. I come in here quite often and usually the service and food is great, unless blue hair is running the counter, then it's a complete different experience.
