Ordering is done by pad and the misses the coffee shop feel. Staff were distracted and uncaring.
Love the turkey BLT. Always good to go here after an event near the avenues as it's never crazy busy. Great coffee too!
Cute shop, great ambiance, amazing coffee.
Good little shop but why did I just pay 4 dollars for a shot of coffee
A favorite of mine since I lived in the avenues 15 years ago, this coffeeshop has the best community feeling, the most lively energy, and most laidback vibe. Lots of seating for a small space, and more comfortable than most. I love to write here, and this is one of those places where I mysteriously do my best work. Even though it's not quiet, the ambient noise is perfect.
My favorite drink is dairy-free dirty chai Cubano-style. The flavors of chai, espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon are like angels serenading my taste buds. I love the artwork, and how the community board is right up front.
The only negative is that it's kind of impersonal to order on a tablet. I don't mind, since ordering food or drink gives me low-grade social anxiety, but I know customers who feel a lack of connection. The ordering system has the potential to cause confusion, like when I bring a personal cup, they don't use it. That is my one critique.
Lovely hipster weekend brunch place. Nice to sit outside with a dog sipping solid coffee & tasty gluten free sandwiches - also worth taking up the street to picnic in the park :)
Burrito was too wet. Would probably get it without cream cheese next time.
Chai late with almond milk was yummy
My partner and I absolutely love this café! The employees are always so kind and the Thai coffee/Rooibos Tea keeps us coming back
Love that dogs can come inside - such a cozy place for morning coffee and snack.
The atmosphere was super cute, but i ran into my sister. Didn’t know this was the kind of establishment that attracted people like that. Also the food was a little bland and expensive and the ordering system is weird. The employee was a little rude since I obviously didn’t realize I was supposed to order on the tablet, I’ve never seen that before. Maybe they should make it more clear that you’re not allowed to talk to any of the employees ?

Super friendly staff
Great coffee.
Good portion sized breakfast burrito and tasty but next time I'll skip the sauce they add.
Would definitely go there on a regular basis.
This cozy little neighborhood coffee shop has great food and great staff. It's one of my favorite places to stop at when I'm hungry for breakfast and in the area
Reason for 1 star: Order was in to go packaging, including a paper bag, but I was dining in, so I went to recycle the bag and couldn’t find a bin. Asked an employee and they said they “didn’t have one” and to just throw the paper bag in the trash. When I walked outside, there were 4 recycling bins. Kind of ridiculous if you don’t have a recycling bin as a business that likely receives tons of shipments regularly, and also puts all orders in to go containers.
Food was okay, honestly quite bland, and gluten free sandwich fell apart completely.
Perfect little diner especially on a snowy winter afternoon. Sandwiches are great both breakfast and lunch.
My sandwich was really big and good. Their house sauce was awesome. Service was fast and helpful. I didn't care for the art, however art is suppose to be subjective. So an all around win, I'll be back
