These guys are wildly confusing. I feel like I’m being scammed every time I go in here. Every time I go they ask “You want this? You want that?” And I have to ask because sometimes it’s included, and sometimes it’s not.

I got a burrito but had them put the mild sauce on the side. So in a cup, the guy rang me up extra saying it was now enchilada style since the sauce wasn’t inside the burrito. But there’s a huge language barrier with most of the employees so, I never know what’s right and what’s not.

Never mind the coupons I’m just going to Chunga’s across the street. They’re much more consistent.

This has quickly become my favorite place to stop at when I get home from a long week or two of work as an otr driver. This is definitely comfort food for me now. The sweet pork is something I think anyone should try. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and the prices are great. Wonderful place to bring your family.

I LOVE this location! I eat here at LEAST once a week, if not more often. This is the ONE location I've ever been to that never seems to run out of the kind of meat I want that day, always has parking, and the service is not only amazing, but top notch, I just don't think this location could get any better!

I received the wrong burrito; the food was cold. I did not receive a receipt nor did they verify what I ordered. They were obviously moving to quickly, as I was rushed through the checkout and they very nearly did not get payment. The cold incorrect meal was the true disappointment, however.

Honestly I tried many times, but somehow they are the only cafe rio location that constantly disappoint for their food and service. I ordered a tostada but it Honestly look like a taco.

Update: I sent an email to the corporation and they reimbursed my money, but as described I tried a few times at this location and somehow it doesn't seem that there was any improvements or changes made to this location since they opened.

The guy who took my order clearly hasn’t worked there long because he did not understand what I was trying to order. He forgot my large ranch and forgot to put cheese on my nachos. It’s pretty easy to take an order when I’m the only customer they are helping. Now I have to go back and they need to refund me what they charged me for but I never received.

I ordered online for a 12:30 pickup. When I got there there was no where to park and I needed to get my food. I finally parked illegally expecting my food to be done. When I got in the line was small but they hadn’t even started my order. I could have ordered in the store and saved time. I will not go back to this location. They are too busy of a restaurant with the horrible location and parking.

Parking: The parking during lunch is impossible to find. You have to keep moving in the parking lot to finally get someone coming out of the store.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location. When I asked the cashier on duty for a glass of water, who spoke Spanish and looked Hispanic, he told me in a threatening manner that I should drink water and not other drinks. It was the first time I came to this place and the man was already accusing me of having drinks without paying. They should expel him, since it is possible that he makes those types of accusations and treats customers like that. Even though we are both Hispanic I felt that his message was somewhat racist. He stereotyped me from the beginning. The attitude of these workers in this location is regrettable.
