I've ordered from this location through the app before. That was fine, except for the fact that my order was ready earlier than the scheduled time and I was not notified. I tried going in person to order and that was a mistake. Inside the restaurant was like most Cafe Rio restaurants. Perhaps I went on an off day, but there was one employee making the orders and they had a big order right before me. The worker ignored me, so I went to the cashier to ask how to order. Only then did the worker making the food look up and say they would be "right with me." That worker was also very soft-spoken, which is fine, but I don't understand why they were short with me when I had to ask them to repeat their questions. Not impressed with this experience. I would recommend ordering online if possible.

I went thru the drive thru at this loaction and I asked for no tortilla, no beans, and 2 different meats. I got my order and they gave me beans and a tortilla and a few little pieces of only chicken. And I payed $26!!!!! ? very

Abby's the BEST!This is my third visit to this new location. First two times through the drive up were bad, very poor service (missing utensils and order wrong) and an unfriendly, disinterested window girl.This time Abby greeted me with a smile and hello, very friendly and engaged and even put extra utensils (for the desert) without even asking for them. Definitely an improvement. Keep improving and we'll keep coming! Thanks again Abby!
I haven't been to a Cafe Rio in years, and finally having one nearby we decided to give it a try, it was just as good as I remembered, which was delicious.

Whoever was doing orders 3/11/24 around 8:30pm sucked. She pulled her card scanner out and handed it to me which I thought was odd bc this was DRIVE THRU, and the reason why was to have me leave a tip!! A TIP… for what? Smh. I tip $1 bc why tf do u even deserve one? You didn’t even give me my food yet. Then she has another girl come and give me my order, my bag has no utensils, no napkins, and the smallest dressing cup that wasn’t even filled to th top. DO NOT TIP THEM. I’ll update this later with the cashiers name when I find it.

The food was not very good. The rice was still crunchy and not cooked through. No sauce was out inside ny burrito as requested so it was very dry. When I picked up the order, no one greeted me. After waiting for a while, someone slowly walked over and just looked at me without saying anything. I told her I had an order. She picked it up and handed it to me without a single word. Awful food and awful customer service.

Service is so slow for pick up. They only do drive thru and in store orders and “try” doing online orders if there are any slow times. Asked to cancel my order and the person wouldn’t even come to the front to deal with all the people waiting over 30mins for the orders. Horrible service. Just drive to the one of 4th.
I will never and I mean NEVER come to this Cafe Rio again! They have the worst customer service and quite honestly have no clue what they are doing! They seem to always forget something with pick up orders, the drive thru line is always packed even onto the street, the person taking orders always has a terrible attitude, and the food is always cold. I enjoy Cafe Rio, but this location is by far the worst!!!
