Person serving us made a point of being rude to us while being very polite and friendly to the customers before and after us. We didn't do anything except order salads and apparently that ticked her off. She made a point of talking to her coworkers while we were in the section where we should have been able to customize our order and slid them over to be checked out without even making eye contact. We paid and left without saying anything, so it really shouldn't have bothered them. I left this review without comment and tried to order what I actually wanted off of UberEats (at 2 different locations) but my order was cancelled without explanation both times. Made a new Uber account with a different name & no issues. I ended up cancelling that order because I'm never giving Cafe Rio a cent of my money ever again. Very disappointing after 2 years of being a repeat customer.

I am very disappointed with my meal from Cafe Rio SLC 400 S today. I ordered corn tortillas, but flour were given. I ordered double rice and no beans, but I got single rice and beans. I ordered corn salsa on the side, but it was placed on top. I ordered two types of meats, but only one was given. How can so many things go wrong? Time to go elsewhere.

Ordered a Burrito and Salad. As far as taste and flavor it was Typical Cafe Rio. Although my Burrito was not really hot. The issue is Quality. Someone is shredding the lettuce with-out cutting the chewy bitter stems out. They then serve this making it look like you have a lot of lettuce. Maybe you do but you can't eat the stems and core. It seems to me that Quantity is outweighing Quality. Not what Cafe Rio use to the about.

This happened the last time we were there, neither of us got salad dressing! But, I noticed b4 we left this time, and they gave us the dressings when we get back in. Food was great though... ?
