This location is always accurate, timely, and pleasant to visit. Juanita took care of my multiple orders and even made sure I had the right salsa and dressings. Staff are quick and friendly. Way better than chipotle, 10/10.

Large Ear Wig in my lettuce!! 🤢

I get Cafe Rio quite often and from this location. It's hit or miss on the quality and tonight I ordered an online order for pickup. I ordered the pico and lettuce on the side which was in a separate clear container.
As I was putting the lettuce on top of my order, I noticed this large ear wig crawling around at the bottom!! 🤢
This immediately ruined my appetite as well as my kids.
I called customer service about this and the lady responded so nonchalant about the whole thing. She immediately asked if I wanted a refund. Nothing about how sorry they were or anything! I really called to notify the store so they could discard the contaminated lettuce, not so much for a refund. That wasn't at the top of their list... So for anyone having lettuce on the night of 11/7/2024, I hope you don't have an extra crunch in your lettuce... Absolutely not acceptable.

Ever since I moved to Utah, I have loved Cafe Rio, but this is perhaps the worse location of them all. The staff is extremely rude, I have come here 5 times, and they get my order wrong every time. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, when it normally takes 5. The price is just not worth the experience anymore.

Really clean, lovely location and great customer service

Very good place. I love the bowls and enchiladas. I recommend the pulled pork and chicken. Employees are very nice and helpful. I wish my brother liked it better! 😋🇳🇱

Love this location! Super family friendly, great portion sizes, and always fast even with a long line.

Kid-friendliness: Completely!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not completely... Ufortunately, there are only a few parking spots available in the parking lot in general.. and even fewer for handicap. All spots (handicap or not) are pretty close together so if you have a ramp it's almost impossible to get anyone in and out without moving the car out of the stall.

Recommended dishes: Breakfast Burrito, Tostada

Absolute garbage, the last three times I have come here, they have gotten my orders wrong, and management does not care. There is no quality control here.
Smaller portions on top of that compared to other Rios, rotten lettuce, taking 10 minutes before greeted for pick up order while my order is just sitting right there. Absolute trash, will not be back.

This Cafe Rio is so strange. They get your order right maybe half the time and the food is fresh maybe half the time. I think this location just needs a new franchisee/operator because it seems to struggle most of the time.
