What bad service the girl who helped me today, April 2, 2025, almost 8:30 at night, super racist, I asked her for a Caesar salad. They even missed some things to add to the salad. The worst of all was that they threw the cashier's ticket at her and the person in charge came out to tell me many things, including not to visit that place again. I have always gone but what a bad experience and obviously I will never go. It all started because I guess they didn't want to continue serving. It is in very bad taste that they have people working in a place for customer service. I hope you can read it and draw your attention: I don't know what their names are but it was a medium-short girl with black hair and dark-skinned skin. The manager even came out, I guess she also paid that bad attention... I hope more than ever to come back š¤®š¤®š¤®š¤® It was at 613 E 400 S Salt Lake City

You guys are usually really great, but you dished me a soup to go, but never brought it to checkout. I waited like a dummy for like 20 mins at the register before I just left. It sat on the trays too while you checked out others. I felt embarrassed to have bothered you all.

Ordered a combo, grilled cheese and chipotle glazed salad. Got a old and stale baguette. The strawberry had no chocolate. Grilled chees sandwich was too dry and cold. Salad had no beans.

Got the chocolate ācoveredā strawberry cup with barely any chocolate inside for $16, when asked for more chocolate they refused and tried to charge us more money. Definitely does not match the advertisement and workers did not attempt to take initiative and resolve the issue. Do not buy. Also always have allergic reaction here so there is definitely cross contamination, had to go out and take Benadryl in an emergency. Not a good establishment overall.

I came in with no expectations at all. I had never been to the chain before, and all I knew was my gf loved the place because of the salad options. Personally I don't eat salads, so idk; However, I ordered a sandwich and when I asked them to have the sandwich heated they refused to do so because it was "the wrong type of sandwich" personally I was infuriated as I just couldn't understand why the dude didn't turn around and stick it in the sandwich oven!!?!?! Beyond me but honestly just heat up my sandwich next time wtf. 1 star booooo. Soup was ight thou

DO NOT GET THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such a rip off! it is TWENTY dollars for like 7 strawberries and some chocolate, barely any of the dubai stuff either. The workers didnt even warn us of the price, no prices marked at all, they only tell you after they make it so you feel like you have to buy it. Honestly so mad, I used to love Zupas but this pissed me off. Not all of the strawberries were even RIPE. We got hard, green strawberries for TWENTY DOLLARS :,( Please do not waste your money like we did.

everything tasted very good, and the service was good as well. There was really nothing that made this zupas different from any other out there. (that is not a bad thing) **not walet friendly
There will be NO line and your pick up order will not be ready when itās suppose to be ready. When you order there they do not give you a full serving of toppings. They will scoop some on your salad then LITERALLY pick it out WITH THERE HANDS and throw it back to the container it was in.

The girl that helped me didn't even ask me to see if I wanted to try the new soup, she just ignored me, started serving the soup, and did not give me a roll or strawberry no bag, no spoon. Your service sucks, I won't come there again. Maybe you should hire people who have customer service skill, and knowledge about your gluten free options. Don't go eat here the service sucks!!!

The staff here sucks put in a pick up order. Typically thereās a sign where you need to go to pick up an order. If itās not behind the register, which would be the smart thing to do considering people steal and the to go spot is behind the drinking statiton on the other side of the store. How is anyone supposed to know? Had my ass sat at the register for 15 minutes being overlooked, the girl working the register went out of her way to greet other but anybody standing there for a pick up order. she couldāve politely guided us to where we needed to go. Instead, she sat there silent, terrible customer service. oh, and my food is cold
