We placed an online order for curbside pick up. We got there and checked in for curbside and were ignored for 10 minutes. We went into the restaurant and they had an order pick up area. Our food had been reported as done, but was nowhere to be found. We talked to the cashier and she said she had made the order and put it on the counter. We asked why they didn't bring it curbside (I was vomiting so I didn't want to go in to begin with) and they said they didn't even check their system to see if had checked in. Our food was nowhere to be found so it was determined someone has stolen our food. They remade our food and threw in a cheesecake. This was not a good expirence. You guys need to find a better way for pick up orders cause there was another person in the lobby with the same problem that someone had walked off with his pick up order. Unacceptable. I appreciate the order being remade, but it shouldn't have happened to begin with. This is obviously a problem.

Light lunch with "TBA" and some mushroom bisque--very flavorful and comes with a chocolate strawberry. Nice touch!! People were so nice and clean, inviting atmosphere.

We went for an early dinner at 5:30 They were featuring a Southwest Avocado protein bowl my husband ordered. My sister and I ordered California Cobb (with avocado featured) All three dishes were put on the counter before we realized they didn't have avocado - the girl looked down and said Oh, we are out. Well, maybe since you KNEW that before you made our orders, that would have been good to share. No additional ingredients were offered as a substitute. Then we were given our rolls and when we took them out of the sleeve we all realized they were cold outside and frozen on the inside. The manager was unable to seem to care, and it was very cold in the dining area!
I love the fresh ingredients and I can't get past the Lobster Bisque soup! I think the sandwiches are a little small for what you pay for, but still delicious.
