They got my order wrong and I drove back and let them know i asked for a ham ans cheese not a egg, ham and cheese. The girl that helped like seemed annoyed that I was coming back to get my right sandwich, and SHE JUST STOOD THIER, I had to ask can you re-make it? When they handed me my order, I asked her, well, what's the difference between the sandwiches? Can I just get a cookie for the difference? The girl seemed so entitled!! She was like it's just a dollar and proceeds to hand me just a dollar bill! In my head... I'm like it's not just a dollar because if I didn't have a dollar to buy something there, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't sell me anything.And also, we pay taxes on sold good, so it's not just a dollar, it's dollar, and some change. Its really annoying that they were frustrated with the mistake they genuine made. The girl had blond hair and a beanie.
I usually recommend this place to clients but due to this I will stop because if they treated a client like that, I'd hate for them to tell me I gave them a bad recommendation

Notoriously excellent. Not only is it the best coffee I've ever ordered but the staff are so friendly and they're the reason I go there multiple times a week.

I've gotten coffee there many times before and I was going to get coffee there today and I was on a phone call so I just decided to finish off my phone call in their little parking lot which only had like two cars in it and like five empty spaces. I didn't want to be talking on the phone while I was ordering my coffee since I was having a pretty serious conversation with somebody. I was parked there for somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes, I'm not sure and this woman comes out and knocks on my window and pretty snarkily and rudely tells me to leave. I don't understand why they wanted me to leave because there was no sign that indicated that you couldn't park there. I was also going to get coffee afterwards but obviously I didn't after that. So I don't think I'm going to give them my business again. I drove down to the Bjorn Brew down the street and finished my call in their parking lot with nobody harassing me and then I spent my money at that coffee shop instead which I will continue to do in the future if I'm in this area. I thought that was very rude and unnecessary.

I hate to do this, but I had a very bad experience with an employee today. For context, they were really busy, and came out to take my order. I unfortunately suffer from memory issues, so I forgot my wallet. I live 2 mins away so I got out of line to quickly run home and get my wallet. I quickly drove back, was prepared to apologize and explain my health issue, and what happened and offer to pay for my drink. Even if it was given to another customer. But before I could say anything, an employee came outside and started yelling at me. Reprimanding me telling me how rude I was. I didn’t get a chance to apologize, explain, or pay. I was so stunned I didn’t know what to do. Before I left, I could still heard her yelling more inside the cafe, to the other workers about me. I wish I would have been given the chance to explain before yelling at me. The other customers heard everything and it was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I haven’t experienced anything this bad before with customer service, and I wanted to make sure management knew. I called the shop to speak to someone, and try to apologize once more. The same girl answered and actually continued to yell at me, I tried to remain calm. When I asked for management please, said that she was management, and that there was no one else I could talk to, called me rude again and hung up the phone. This whole exchange was pretty scary and saddening because I’ve been going to this location for 3 years. The other staff is so great and kind. I’m too uncomfortable and scared to go back. I hope no one else has an experience like this.

Always a good time when I get to visit this little gem!! I get the frozen coffee with 7 espresso shots whenever I need extra energy to clean house or install landscaping. The staff is SO friendly and sometimes funny. This is one of my top 3 favorites in the valley.

Always stopping here in the early morning hours on my way to work and always get the best service! The coffee is great and always greeted with a smile!
They had unsweetened coconut milk, which is nice for my latte.
The shorter gal with dark hair makes crappy coffee. You are paying a lot for this I know they would rather be elsewhere but come on .
Coffee is usually pretty good here.
I love the coffee and the service at this place, and I also love the Moomins!
