The lady argued with me over getting an extra lid to place on top of my exposed cake. I told her I didn’t want the cake being exposed because of the long drive she refused to give it to me until her coworker handed me one. I will never order a cake from here again good job losing a customer over an extra priceless lid…very professional!

we ordered my daughters birthday cake 5 days in advance and it was ready on time and came out perfect! my daughter absolutely loved it and i love how you’re able to really customize the cake and all the flavors you want! i would definitely recommend Cakes By Edith and will be using them in the future! really made the birthday even more special 💚

the owner and staff are very rude and unprofessional and not to mention they're liars too. my birthday cake was extremely ugly, she said she would give back the decorating fee since I found the cake ugly, she went back on her word. don't trust this business with your most precious memories. also, I didn't get all the decor I paid for

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young woman serving customers, with a black headband in her hair, was extremely unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. He showed no interest in helping customers and made the entire experience unpleasant. It is unacceptable to be treated this way, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had my daughters custom birthday cake made here and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady brought out this beautiful cake to the front counter. They did a way better job than the inspo picture that I sent them on Instagram (Which on Instagram, they were very quick to respond and communicate with and made ordering and pick-up very easy). My daughters birthday theme was "If you give a mouse a cookie" and they added the cookie crumbs and chocolate chips, which was such a cute and creative idea! My daughter absolutely loved it, and the cake was beyond delicious and not to mention huge! All of my guests really enjoyed the cake as well, and asked where I got it. I would recommend this place to anyone, very nice and professional people and this cake was well worth every penny. We definitely will be coming back. Thank you for helping us make our daughter's birthday special 💗
