I placed a last-minute Cake order and they were able to accommodate me. When I actually picked up the cake and we ate it, it was absolutely amazing. I got the orange cake with the piña colada filling and it is by far the best cake that I have ever had. The actual cake was super moist yet dense and the feeling was just sweet enough not over sweetened the two flavors together meshed so well. I have now found my new bakery for all my future parties I would 100% recommend this bakery and don’t be afraid. Try the orange cake with piña colada filling you will not regret.

The cake was delicious but it was not ready at the pick up time, i waited about 20 min for them to finish it, it seemed like they were all running around trying to find it and then i didn't notice the word 'February' was misspelled (Febuary) until i got home. It was a beautiful and like i said, delicious, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

Ordered a cake, the web site was perfect. The cake was topped with fresh fruit, frosting and had several layers. Everyone was in awe. Everything was so fresh and tasty. We will be regulars not just for cakes but for the other delightful pastries

My recommendation would be to add much less cream because the truth is it is more cream than bread, let's say it is a cream cake and not bread, the bread has a very good flavor but the truth is it has excessive cream.

I came to Cakes By Edith for the first time and it was an amazing experience! The staff was really attentive and nice, especially Diana. She made conversation with me and it felt like we were old friends catching up. Absolutely love the atmosphere not to mention it smelled delicious and the bakery was very clean!! Would definitely recommend this place and would come again!!

I highly recommend any one to come here, their cakes are delicious and they definitely are very artistic. I had order a Starbucks cake for my daughter she was in awe! Every one love the cake, I has so many compliments for it not only that their prices are reasonable and affordable. I will definitely make this bakery my place for any future parties. They were also very attentive on what I wanted and they accomplished it, even better than I imagined. This place has definitely grown always busy, that speaks highly of them. I appreciate how they have not changed even though they have grown so much they are still very reasonable with pricing. They very humble people I love it, still looking out for the community. ♥️ I wish I could add the picture I was having trouble adding it, but it’s a beautiful pink Starbucks cake haha for my starbies girlies definitely order your self one ha.

There's quiet a few panaderias in the valley now, but my family always end up here because they're so friendly and consistently good. They have a good variety of breads to choose from! For valentines day they made the beautiful conchas that taste so delicious!

I don’t know why but every time we go to get pan dulce the staff isn’t friendly. Maybe too tired at the end of the day, but not even a smile and always seemed annoyed. This place has gone down hill over the last couple of years. I also ordered some cupcakes which had the color of the gender for baby #2 in Nov 2022 and they looked so ugly at least they tasted good but they didn’t even try to make it look appealing. My husband picked up the cupcakes because I was working therefore no time to complain or return them. We were loyal customers but not anymore.
Without knowing what time they closed, (8pm) I walked in my first time visiting here at 7:58pm & was very well greeted by two lovely employees. Jessica helped explain with intricate details every dessert they we looked at & was very sweet & helpful. The music set a great tone, the place was clean & the smell was amazing! A ton of delicious options & thanks to Jessica, we ordered a whole box of desserts & will be returning very soon for more.

I went there in hopes to find a good decent cake for my daughter birthday I know custom cakes usually takes up to a week. But this place was amazing they were able to help me and I was able to get the cake my daughter wanted with one day notice. They were very helpful and the cake was absolutely perfect, the taste, decoration and moist was on point. The place is really clean. And all the girls that helped me were super nice. No other bakery will have done a custom cake with one day notice but they did! Went there on Saturday afternoon and they had it ready Sunday morning by 8am.

We had to change the design two days before pick up and not only did they let us, they made it PERFECT! We got a ton of compliments on the design and it seriously tasted so good!! We were quoted double/tripple the price by everyone else around us. The customer service here is top notch! Thank you guys again for making my daughters cake so perfect, we will be using you guys again.
