It's not bad, but the wait for a table was not really worth it. The wait for the food on top of that made it really not worth it. If you can order it to go ahead of time it might be okay because it was decent enough.

Delicious!! Staff was awesome! Pizza was great! The guac with the chips wasn't enough, but good.

Girls casual night out! We went to the yoga & beer class down the street first, then headed over to CPK. First we all ordered the same drink, the cucumber jalapeno cocktail. It was sooo good! I really want to try making this myself now. Its a perfect refreshing drink. Next I ordered the thin crust spinach artichoke pizza ($16 for dinner price), which uses the dip as the pizza spread. I really liked it - the creaminess from the spinach artichoke dip was flavorful. Our waitress was great - not overbearing or annoying and got us what we needed. Restrooms were clean. Be sure to ask for parking validation or park behind the Gateway on the West side for free 2 hour street parking.

Friendly staff, good service and a menu that's reliable and tasty. This is a good place to grab a bite where everyone can find something!

While downtown at the Gateway for the Urban Flea Market, my wife and I stopped by CPK for lunch. It had been a few years since I have been there, but I remembered that it was good. We were one of only a small handful of tables-it was a quiet Sunday, for sure. We were quickly greeted and shown to a table. Our server was attentive and a little subdued. No pressure or obnoxious "in your face" personality. We ordered tacos (weird, for a pizza place-but my wife said they were amazing) and I had a pizza with no cheese. (I hate cheese, but love pizza!) I wished there was a little more sausage and mushrooms-seemed that the toppings were a bit sparse. But the flavor was otherwise good. We parked in the parking garage-no fee on Sundays. I think on other days, they offer validation. Easy to get to and a fun location to do some shopping or just browsing while you're downtown.

have to admit I love this place but tonight was a first, the service was deplorable. I sit down order a drink and an appetizer, I tell the waiter "I'll start with". I get my appetizer and the waiter comes and asks me if I would like another cocktail, I respond yes. I finish my appetizer, he takes the plate, I sit there and finish my drink, like 5 minutes go by and nothing. Next thing I know he is handing me my check. I hand it to him as I say, just so you know I wasn't done. He looks at me dumbfounded and was like you want something else, I just said not now.

This was my first time going to a California Pizza kitchen and I'm not sure why I haven't been going!

Fresh ingredients and tasty sauces ... Wha more would you want on a pizza? Spoiler alert, the crusts are closer to the recent flat bread craze than pizza ... It's all good!!!

Great food, the staff got slammed just before an event at Vivint Smart Home Arena and was slightly overwhelmed all at once. They still managed to take it all in stride and kept their attitudes in check even though they were slightly shorthanded. Kudos to a decent recovery.

The food was good, not great. However. The prices were very high. A roughly 12 inch pie, with very thin crust is at least $15, and up to 18ish if you want more than cheese and pepperoni. A $9 Mac and cheese meal included 4 tablespoon sized mac bites. Thats ridiculous.

Girls night at CPK was beyond amazing with our super funny server Kevin! We all enjoyed our meals and our server was funny and charming. Got our food super fast and he was very attentive! We even got visited by a near by server Hayley who was just as charming. Visiting all the way from California but next time we're in Salt Lake well definitely be coming back.

Pretty typical CPK. One complaint though... It was cold at our table. Every time someone opened the inner door it got even colder because the outer door was propped open by a sign on a day when the temperature outside was in the 20's.

The service at this gateway location has always been great! Today I placed an order before 9pm supposedly with a guy from their call center who did not pass my order to the restaurant. Upon arriving at this location to pick up, the store made me aware that my order was never received. The store was closed by now and I was without my order. The representative that came out I believe she was the manager named Amy. She explained the situation being a misunderstanding and took my order aside from them being closed. She was very understanding and empathetic towards the situation. I ended going home with my order. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you Amy!

CPK delivers a great family dining experience with outstanding pizza and salads. Had the delightful Pear and Gorgonzola Pizza and my all time favourite BBQ Chicken Chopped salad.
