I understand occasionally closing early. Especially now during the pandemic. But this is the third time I've come around 9-10pm and they're closed with the employees leaving. Hours state 11. If it was 10:30, fine. Even 10. But closing 2 hours early without posting a change of hours online OR AT THE STORE. No closed sign. Just closed. It's downtown. I'm not expecting good service or the best food. But at least be open when you say you will be.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EAT HERE IF ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE: I drove from the hospital with just enough time to grab a bite and hurry back but they made me sit for 8 minutes while they were baking biscuits!!! I ended up having to drive away with no food and spend a 14 hour shift hungry. NEVER AGAIN

Although their website and the signs on the windows stated open for takeout, this location was only open for drive-thru. We did not see any person inside; no one answered their phone, and no one came to the front when we knocked. Eventually, when a car came through the drive-thru, someone came to the window. She did allow us to order at the drive-thru window. Poor signage and minimal attention to customers are the reasons for the low score.

The front axle on my car broke in the middle of the street next to this Carl's Jr. They called and had my car towed.. To avoid blocking traffic strangers helped me push it into this Carl's Jr parking lot. A Carl's Jr employee on a smoke break watched us struggle. I placed a note on my windshield and left to go get a tow driver. When I came back my car was gone, their employee called a tow company and had it towed. I spoke with a corporate manager name Gustavo. He said it was my fault for not buying some food. He offered no explanation for the employees behavior, nor any type of refund. I paid $240 to get my broken car from the tow yard. Why do I get the impression In-N-Out Burger would have handled this differently??

I really dig the breakfast burger. If I'm having a late breakfast but it's close to lunch it's a good filler. I also like them western's and famous stars.

I won't give it more than a 2. I stop in from time to time on my way to work. For a hash brown and that's it. Thing is. I avoid that corner at all cost ALL YEAR ROUND. It's a local homeless hang out. Yes even at 730 in the morning. I literally go out of my way to walk around the block to get next door.
Dirty floors and benches. Understaffed, and takes like 20 minutes to make a California Classic. Panhandlers hang out inside and around the building bugging you for money. Overall, this location sucks. Go to Maverick across the street.

They are understaffed no matter what time you go there. I was there when there was only another client (already eating) just right now and it took me over 5min just to order and then 10 plus to get one beyond burger and one shake.

Specifically the downtown location. (A view of outdoor ice rink) Saturday at 5:00 p.m. We went for a 5 piece chicken value meal and a 2.99 burger. It took almost 30 minutes AT THE DRIVE THROUGH..cokes were weak, fries were cold but the chicken was good. I left my car to go in to pick up our order. The YOUNG man manager appeared flustered.

Consistent in its poor service and dirty floors, tables and a bathroom that I can only say is horrific. I have come here many times to find the kitchen empty and no staff to be seen anywhere. It's sort of impressive that this place is still able to stay open.
