I just went through the drive-thru at 8:55 p.m. on January 27th. I placed my order and then drove up to the window to pay and get my food. It seems to be the norm to get greeted by an employee that you can tell really doesn't want to be there and has no personality, and most the time just mumbles at you and then throws you your food. The young lady working the drive-thru tonight was one of, if not the most polite, friendly, and professional people I have had the pleasure in talking with. She greeted me with a smile, engaged in conversation with some friendly banter, and wished me well as I left. Thank you, that made my night. Keep it up, you definitely deserve a raise. ;)

We came here after trying the Taco Bell next door. Taco Bell said our card declined and wouldn’t serve us! We had the funds and our card worked here at the Carl’s Junior. They were kind, friendly, actually served us and the food is always good! Thanks Carl’s Junior for never disappointing.
