I've been to this Carl's Jr twice in the last month website says they're open at a certain time and their drive-thru constantly says that they are currently not open went there today almost 9:00 am again not open. Not sure if I'll even attempt to go a third time.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes in the morning around 9 am and no one was there to take our order for another 10 mins, then my husband got out and walked to the door and someone came and told him to give them a few more minutes, so we then waited another 5 minutes,at the window just for him to tell us we had to drive back around to the order box and order,how ridiculous is this???

Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Every time I go here after 4pm they take 10-15 minutes per order. Doesn't matter who is working, it always takes forever. What is going on?

Came in for dinner on a Saturday night at 6:30 and everything was wonderful from the food to the services and the lobby was clean. Wonderful dining experience. Hassan was giving 5 star service.

This is the second time I've gone to this location and they gave me the wrong order. Sadly I get all the way back to my office, eat my waffle fries first while they're hot only to discover they gave me the wrong burger. So sick of this and not worth the drive all the way back. :(

This place takes 30 min just for a small order. I thought it would be a one time thing but no , I came again and the same evening employees take there whole time getting order out... they be on their phone and won't acknowledge the customers up to the window or inside the restaurant

I am compelled to give this establishment a rating of 1 star due to a deeply concerning incident that occurred during the night shift on Friday, September 6th, at 9:50pm. While preparing food, one of the kitchen staff members was observed leaning over the food with his head, subsequently returning to a normal posture and wiping saliva from his lips. What's even more alarming is that two of the workers on duty that night found this behavior amusing, as evidenced by their laughter. In my opinion, such unprofessional and unsanitary conduct warrants immediate termination. It is disheartening to see that the night shift staff employed by this establishment exhibit such a blatant disregard for customer well-being and basic hygiene standards.
