This is the second time I've gone to this location and they gave me the wrong order. Sadly I get all the way back to my office, eat my waffle fries first while they're hot only to discover they gave me the wrong burger. So sick of this and not worth the drive all the way back. :(

I am compelled to give this establishment a rating of 1 star due to a deeply concerning incident that occurred during the night shift on Friday, September 6th, at 9:50pm. While preparing food, one of the kitchen staff members was observed leaning over the food with his head, subsequently returning to a normal posture and wiping saliva from his lips. What's even more alarming is that two of the workers on duty that night found this behavior amusing, as evidenced by their laughter. In my opinion, such unprofessional and unsanitary conduct warrants immediate termination. It is disheartening to see that the night shift staff employed by this establishment exhibit such a blatant disregard for customer well-being and basic hygiene standards.
I got there a little late. Monse, was very kind to take my order and take care of me. Food was packaged with care and awesome customer service. Thanks again Monse.

Great experience pulled up to the drive thru and the person @ the window was very patient and made sure we had all our food and condiments we asked for. Guadalupe I believe was her name was super nice and has excellent customer service I don't eat hamburgers much but will definitely head here if I ever am craving one!! she deserves a raise excellent customer service ?.
