Incredible service. Incredible vibe. The Mac and cheese to die for. The deviled eggs with caviar I didn’t realize I needed in my life. Fresh ingredients and amazing flavor.

This place is amazing. Food comes out fast . The Pot Roast sandwich is amazing!. My family loves the fried chicken skins with the honey sauce. Sergio is a great host, very attentive and very funny. He makes the experience here the best.

We made a HUGE mistake of going here for brunch. And being met with a guy named Sergio the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I am 40+ old me and my wife have never had such terrible drinks and have had to have them mademultiple times and at the price of this restaurant charges. It’s absolutely appalling that they still even our own business. I will not recommend this place to a single soul because it is an absolute waste of money it looks fancy, but the food taste terrible meat not cooked and just dealing with Sergio was a nightmare

this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever ate in Salt Lake City as well as drinks. There’s a bartender there a certain drinks I believe his name was Sergio completely disrespectful to me and Lady! Every drink had to be remade and not the price that they charged. It was just absolutely ridiculous. I will not recommend this restaurant to a single person. If anything I’m going to tell people to not go here! Sergio, most disrespectful, inconsiderate person. How does he even have a job there?

Our first time here and we're were amazed by the unique and delicious food. Our favorites were the tempura green beans, the Cauliflower and the short ribs. It's an amazing family-style menu that is sure to please. The manager stopped by our table to talk and made our evening extra special. Service was attentive and polite. We will be back for sure.

Stopped here tonight after a long day of flying. The atmosphere was SO inviting and the staff was amazing! We had the brussel sprout caesar salad, hot dog burnt ends, and green beans. All of it was so delicious and the vegetables were so fresh! Their drink menu is a lot of fun with a wide selection that is sure to have something for everyone! And save room for dessert because it is so creative and mouthwatering!! I'm so thankful that we found this place!!

Wow!!! If there was a sixth star, I would give it! We loved everything we had our first time out to Carson Kitchen!

Standout menu items were the Beets (sweet, salty, earthy, crunchy, absolutely perfectly balanced), and the short rib steak (cooked to the perfect temp, buttery, and a fantastic crunch on the edge to amp up the flavor)!

We also loved the Devil’s Egg (a couple of secret ingredients that really made these unique and SO so good!) and enjoyed the macaroni & cheese!

We ended things with the fruitcake buckle, and I’m so glad we did! The name may seem off-putting (we all know the fruitcake stigma), but it was more of a spice cake with fruit, pecans and the yummiest drizzle. Perfect sweet note to cap the night!

Our server, Genevieve, was so kind and made us feel like regulars even though we’d never been in before. Our glasses were never empty, food was brought out quickly, and she was so attentive to us. We left feeling like we’d made a friend. We also had the chance to chat with the GM Bob, who was so kind.

For an unplanned dinner we chose by a friend’s recommendation, we were more than pleased with our experience and genuinely can’t wait to come back!

Across the street at the element hotel and Darrell was kind enough to tell us about Carson’s. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She explained the menu to the key. She made great recommendations and I definitely and the rest of the table agreed that the mac & cheese and the salad were top right up there. The pork chop is the bomb. The risotto oxtail was delicious. What a party for our tastebuds.

A fantastic American restaurant with a wonderful shared-dishes concept — the plates are served to the center of the table and everything is meant to be shared, which makes for a very social and enjoyable evening.
We had an amazing server (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) who was truly on top of everything. Her recommendations were spot on and made the experience even better.
The wild mushroom flatbread and the warm spinach salad were absolutely outstanding — creative and perfectly seasoned. The pork belly was good, but the real standouts were the cocoa NY strip and the steak — simply phenomenal.
Huge compliments to our server for being so attentive and efficient. The only small downside was that it was a bit loud. Overall, though, a great night out.
