SOOOO good and such flavorful Mongolian food. Can’t beat the price when you get ALL YOU CAN EAT for $15-20. You can load up your plate and the service is always amazing . I use to go to a place called Lees Mongolian in Ogden and when I moved to SLC I was so happy to find Charlie Chows !

The food was great, But what I don't get why I was charged $13 for tips if it was only me and my son's 4 plates was almost $100.

Did take out, The fried rice was decent and the egg drop soup was good but the imperial chicken was one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. The quality of the chicken was awful, chewy and tough. I had one piece and ended up throwing the rest away. I would not go back, very disappointing for the price.

Never order Charlie Chow's Dragon grill via Uber eats - They will call you and say you need to pay an additional tip on top of your original tip or they will not deliver your food.

They over charged with 40 tip we couldn't take off and force us to pay that tip and are rude and alright food not worth it

The potstickers we got last night were 100% spoiled. We ate the rest of the meal because I just spent $100 on dinner and it seemed to be only the potstickers that were an issue. Without the rotten potstickers I’d rate the rest of the food to be edible but subpar.

I ordered take out. The lady said I had to enter from 300 East, which was wrong and a joke. I spent 10 min trying to figure out how to get there with limited paid parking. After circling the block and trying 4 different ways...I finally dropped my husband off in front. I saw a small alley 20 get from the front door and pulled in it. That was perfect. It was parking but it was in a horse show shape which lead me out and my husband was right there.
Overall I was not a fan. My husband thought the beef and broccoli was the best he had ever tasted. The sheet n sour chicken and Gen tso was good. The egg rolls, pot stickers were different and not good. We paid $64.00 for a not good experience.

Hit up rice king express , the hot and sour was nopthing more than egg drop soup. And the pepper shrimp was unlike anything other than cheap beeg pepper using soggy foul tasting shrimp. Not like a traditional pepper shrimp you would find anywhere else. Sp shrimp should be mostly deep fried shrimp. Shame on them for not being very descript with their food.. first and last time for everything. :(

The place is not clean and the food isn’t good enough to outweigh the experience we had. They don’t understand customer service. We asked to substitute fried rice for chow mein in the kids meal and the waiter told us we could at no extra charge. When the bill came, it was a $6 up-charge for the chow mein on top of the kids meal price. We asked about the bill and someone who seemed to be the manager came back and said they could do $2 instead of $6 and started yelling at the waiter in front of us. It was very uncomfortable and we won’t be back. All this over $2…

My first time coming to the restaurant! It was so delicious! I had the Mongolian grill bowl and it was outstanding! Service was overall great kind, and gentle costumer service. Definitely recommend!!!
