Run-down place that looks as if they are about to go out of business. Besides the food tasting poor quality and similar to Denny’s, I had to get up after my friend and I waited for ten minutes to remind the hostess that we never were waited on to which she yells into the kitchen to tell my server and kitchen staff to get to work. Olive Garden is much better and worth the extra cost.

I've always put up with the SLOW service because their lasagna was the best I ever had. Made with sausage instead of ground beef. The lasagna I had on Tuesday is not the lasagna I always crave. Where is the sausage?!! I dissected mine & couldn't find a piece big enough to recognize. I couldn't taste it either. The piped in music from the 50's, the SLOWEST service of any place I frequent & now you're cheaping out on the lasagna?!!!!! This place needs a management change. Whoever is in charge & is letting this place age out should be fired.
Parking: I don't know why Google thinks that this should have so much importance. The food & service deserve more options to rate on. Parking lot shared with many other businesses.

I’ve been here many times, and the food has usually been pretty good. We normally actually love the cheese sticks that they bring you at the beginning. However, this visit was disappointing. Our food arrived at different times and everything was cold. We also had to flag down our waitress because she wasn’t attentive.
I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu with fettuccine Alfredo, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The chicken wasn’t good, and the Alfredo sauce tasted overwhelmingly sweet, almost like they dumped sugar into it. When we mentioned this to our waitress, she spoke with her manager and returned to tell us that nothing could be done since I had eaten the chicken but hadn’t touched the Alfredo.
I then requested to speak with the manager directly, and that’s where things got worse. Instead of listening, she immediately raised her voice, insisting that we should have spoken up earlier. She was condescending, kept interrupting me, and refused to acknowledge my concerns. I had barely touched my meal because I was grossed out, yet she dismissed my complaint outright.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Poor service and rude Management Makes it hard to justify coming back.

Worst experience ever. Worst service I’ve ever received at a sit down restaurant. We saw our server once. Waited 25-30 minutes for food that was cold, bland, and just underwhelming. First time there and won’t be visiting again.

Ive been eating at Francescos since I was a little girl. It was quite an outing when I was small. I have always enjoyed their spaghetti, all kinds, and their garlic bread is the best! Their pizza crust is made with yeast, not found so much nowadays with many pizza eateries. To me, it's one of the reasons it tastes so good. Recently had lunch their with my Mom. Will always come back here for food.

I just wish the pizza and garlic bread quality was consistent. Make it like the old Francescos and work on consist quality. Both pizza and garlic bread. Old Francescos had thick soft bread. This one, one time they'll have mediocre bread, and I've been there when they've used sandwich bread. The beef used to be classic Francesco seasoned....last time, it tasted like regular ground beef, no season. The original Francesco would brush oil on the crust...but I've been when I would swear it was frozen crust. Please pick up the quality and keep it cosistent!

Worst dining experience, first we waited 45 minutes to be seated (which was expected on Valentines Day). The cheese bread they brought out at the beginning was decent, but I would have preferred it hot.. we ordered a fettuccine alfrado Jr. for the baby. The wife got chicken alfrado, and I got the seafood alfrado. It took almost an hour for our meals to come out, which came with three large texas toast sized garlic toast, took one bite of mine and it was cold and so was the wife's, I asked a bus boy to grab the waitress when he could, it was taking a while so I flagged down the hostess that was seating people I informed her that our meals were cold and that we were fine with the baby's being cold that way he could eat it with his hands.. she asked if we wanted it heated up I told her no I would just like a new dish just a few minutes later my plate came out and I could clearly tell it was microwaved my wife did get a whole new plate but it came out very quickly especially beings we had to wait almost an hour for our first plates which were cold, Ashley was our server and she was pretty sweet I have no complaints about her so if you do decide to give this place a try ask for her. Yet everything else was not pleasant.. they claim to make their sauces fresh in house to order so how, may I ask, is it hard to send out hot food, it should take no more than 7 minutes to cook pasta maybe 10 minutes to throw together a from acratch alfredo sauce, and the thing that got my goat on top of everything else is that it is an Italian restaurant that doesn't have a wine option, i would not recommend this place to anyone, it was very disappointing. I personally will not be returning.

To sum up my visit: my seafood pasta was the equivalent of a very soupy alfredo, our waitress was slammed with orders and brought us food before our drinks while also being delayed in gathering our order by 20 minutes, the seats were very compact and close to one another, and so on and so forth.
One thing I will note was that I did enjoy the cheesy bread, but the seafood pasta is not a meal I recommend.

Had a mixed experience. I love their lasagna, so that was enjoyable. But 2 people ordered chicken parm and they were literally burned. They were black and tasted burnt. I was shocked that they would even serve it that way, it was so obviously beyond edible. Also, fyi, if you are hoping to use a discount like wasatch savings, you shouldn't order their mini pizza combo. It is just an offering on the menu, but when they bill it they bill it as if it has a $5 discount which prevents you from getting the $15 free entree discount. They ended up taking off one of the parms for us, (and since their pasta was good it seemed pretty fair, unfortunately the problems we had and their excuses about the issues will make it unlikely that we will return. We should have been able to use our discount, and they should have fixed the chicken problem. The fact that they even served black chicken is a huge hit against them.)

The food was so bad. The carpet, walls, and booths were grimy. The wait staff were kind and helpful. Wanted to like it, but won't be going back.

I went for the first and definitely the last time their food was absolutely disgusting and hard .the manger was so rude and disrespectful when we told them their food was over cooked and the sauce was stale. They wouldn’t offer to take that item off or a discount for food that wasn’t cooked right . We were yelled at and treated like we were trying to get out of paying which I expected to pay but to not for food that’s not cooked . I was shown child liked behavior. I paid there price even through I didn’t eat it . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The lasagna is amazing. The cheese on the pizza is bland and not melty.
