Like many others, one of the reasons I love Chick-fil-A is their consistency. You always know that you're going to get quality food and get it fast with a friendly face helping you. You just don't get that at other places!

The worst restaurant in the entire valley
I work as a delivery driver, and whenever I go to Chick Fillet restaurants, they treat me well and don't make me wait as long as this one in the West Valley. The staff is horrible! They purposely ignore us dashers for up to 15 minutes, and the customer gets their food cold.
Not a great start seeing your employee on the phone in the drive thru. He put it away when I pulled up, but his attitude was crap… Didn’t ask for a menu, sighed when I asked for it, etc. He asked for payment but didn’t tell me I needed to tap, and rudely told me to tap.
Luckily the food was great and fast, great service there.
Gentleman in the drive thru, I’d rather take the time to go inside to someone who is kinder.

My experience working at Chick-fil-A was disappointing due to management and workplace conditions. While the company promotes a positive and supportive culture, I found that employee well-being was often overlooked. The owner, despite having significant resources, provided old and worn-out equipment for outdoor orders. Employees were expected to work in extreme weather conditions with minimal consideration for their comfort and safety.
The pay is only minimum wage, which doesn’t feel worth the stress. While the company is involved in charity, it often felt more like a public stunt rather than a genuine commitment to its community.
There was also a lack of fairness in leadership. Favoritism was apparent, and some employees were let go for unclear reasons. Overall, this job may work for those who don’t mind a high-stress, fast-paced environment, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a truly supportive workplace.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

My son and I went to get lunch. We got all the way home to find that our chicken nuggets were short. He ordered an 8-piece, there were 5. I ordered a 12-piece. There were 5. And my son's sandwich was very lacking. The chicken was mostly breading and very tiny. And the kid taking our order asked us "hurry up" while we were ordering, which made my very anxious son uncomfortable and made him feel rushed to order. It left us disappointed because we didn't get what we paid for.

I fully enjoyed my experience at this location. From the fresh flower's on the tables, delivery of our food to the table, someone actually came around and asked if everything was OK. Amazing job. Keep it up. Thank you

Restaurantji Recommends
My experience at this Chick-fil-A wasn't the best here, but that's ok because the food is always really good! We were waiting in line for 20-25 minutes, I believe we are waiting a little too long for the usual wait. I highly recommend coming inside the restaurant instead because the fries started to get cold once I reached the window. The spicy chicken was really grease and juicy. Other than that, the vanilla shake was well done! 3/5

During my visit to Chick-fil-A, I placed a customized order, which the employee, I believe her name was Ingred, partially rejected. It was just a container that I needed. Although I minimized my disappointment, I felt annoyed that she didn't seek assistance from her manager or attempt to accommodate my order. Additionally, she failed to acknowledge my business with a thank you or expression of pleasure. Fortunately, when I retrieved my order from the counter, another lady intervened. I asked the lady, and she responded positively, exhibiting a friendly attitude, and helped me get the container, which I could purchase for less than a dollar.

I love Chick Fil A but unfortunately this is the worst location I have been too. The staff that manned the drive through said they were not able to scan my rewards app. And the order they gave me was wrong. I paid for a 12 ct grilled nuggets. And I received a 12 regular nugget that was hurriedly thrown in a bag. I will not be coming back to this location.

Used to be on of our favorites but the service is so slow and disorganized. Waited over 20 minutes for an item with 3 things. They "lost" the order, then it got "filled" and just saw there and never given to me until I asked for the 3 time. You would think the manager would at least apologize for that but nope!
