This is probably one of the last restaurants that have been around for 20 plus years. I've gone to the restaurant several times and it is a great restaurant. I haven't however been there since the pandemic, and I'm not sure if the quality of service is still is high standard as it used to be.

It was terrible. The food was sloppy and undercooked. We had three burgers and they were dry and mine was raw even though I had asked for well done. I had to ask for mine to be taken off the bill and while that was done..we shouldn't have been charged for any of it. Two burgers and some chips and salsa was $50.00. And of course, a tip was expected. Won't ever return. Chili's used to be good. Salsa watered down, burger patties from a frozen patty that wasn't cooked well and the rolls were smashed down and not fresh.
I just paid almost $20 for a ton of stale chips with like 5oz of queso, a handful of cold fries, and 2 chicken tenders. The two times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait long times for someone to come help me. glad I didn’t tip them good?which is sad honestly but my food was sadder. ??♀️
