I called the Riverton store after placing an order through the Chip website, as the Toast system advised contacting the store directly for any issues. Instead of taking the time to understand or help with the situation, the employee immediately told me to contact Uber or DoorDash—even though I had not used either of those apps to place my order. How would I know which service was used if I ordered directly through the site?
When I asked to speak to someone above her, she reluctantly offered to help. However, she then placed me on hold and proceeded to speak negatively about me in the background to whoever she had contacted for help. It was unprofessional and frustrating. I just wanted someone to take responsibility and resolve the issue instead of passing the buck.

Should have listened to my friend who wanted Crumbl.
I ordered Chip to be delivered for a girls night… Our Chip box had a printed receipt with the correct order information right on it but when we opened the box, well…. we sadly discovered that we only received two out of four of the correct cookies. Not only were the cookies wrong but they were very overcooked (sadly dare I say, crispy… eww) and they were room temp to make it worse.
I tried multiple times to call the store, well within their hours, and I received no answer. From the very beginning I’ve always been a huge fan of Chip, but this was beyond disappointing.

Got off the phone with someone named brain Baxter was very rude with me because he was confusing me for a different applicant!! I volunteered to come in at 2:30 even though my original interview was at 4 o’clock because I was excited and I was available earlier accused me of being the other applicant and when I corrected him and said yeah, it is your bad for doing that told me I had an attitude problem ?? even though I wasn’t having an attitude at all It’s just very unprofessional not to remember who you just got off the phone with and scheduled to meet for a job ! very unprofessional customer service, definitely not what they promote

I normally love chip cookie a lot but my husband and I just went and got 4 cookies, and one of the cookies had a piece of hair, practically baked in the cookie which was gross and disappointing.
Edited 9/2/24- they were all out of the OG cookie an hour before closing time and they don’t take cash. Bummer.

The BEST cookies. There are so many cookie shops that have popped up over the years but chip is and always has been the best. The most delicious cookies when you are craving them. Friendliest staff and so fast. Never going to any other cookie shop!

I'm giving them one-star because they never have the chip of the week. They're always out! What's the point of advertising something if you're not going to carry it? Muddy Buddy and Circus Animal... not at this location. They're cookies are great, but only if you're first in line.

Cookies are amazing! I love the tres leches ones. Just one suggestion, the menu by the drive-thru is waaay to small, it’s almost impossible to read the descriptions.

Came through the drive through last night. There was a large SUV in front of me. They took seemingly larger orders from 2 separate people inside of the vehicle. After waiting 15min and no acknowledgement from the staff or "we'll be with you in a moment" I left. Larger orders should be done inside or online for pick up so the drive through can be left for quick/small orders.
